07/4/2024 10:40 | We should discuss it over there. Blooming 3500 members. Seen some good discussion in their RNS summaries for AFC too think you have to search #afc #rns to do it? | newbieinvestor1
06/4/2024 15:38 | They are not selling fuel cells. They are selling hydrogen fuelled power units to replace diesel generators in the construction industry. They are also working with ABB to build off-grid EV charging stations. Have a look at the website. | bmel
06/4/2024 14:59 | How differentiated is AFC's fuel cell tech? There seems to be lots of companies selling fuel cells. | fundenergy
06/4/2024 14:19 | On Investors Chronicle article. Guy on LSE apologises - article is in Moneyweek. Good publicity. | bmel
06/4/2024 13:40 | 1collijo More importantly is the engagement of a separate company - Speedy. They are staking both money and their reputation on the success of the AFC kit and the package of support offered to their Tier 1 construction customers. I think particularly about AFC now being able to offer a credible level of assurance on H2 supply/delivery to site. Speedy will have done a lot of due diligence before signing up to this. These guys are not stupid and must have solid assurance that AFC can do whet they say they can. As a separate company there is none of the trust ‘hangover̵ I think the next really important thing is getting the manufacturing sub-contractors tied up. I think there is a risk for AFC in the rate of adoption. I cannot remember who said ‘things take longer to happen than you think they will, and then happen faster than you thought they could’. We will be finding out very soon. | bmel
06/4/2024 10:34 | A few guiders of note…. Adam Bond is highly visible at the moment in the media and social media forums. This wouldn’t be the case if the company didn’t have a saleable product. The products are ready and raring to go, and providing they do what they say they do, then AFC’s reputation will grow on the back of this. There’s no middle ground here in my view. AFC will either flunk it and go bust or it will go parabolic and be £5 per share in the next 2-3 years - It’s that simple, but I would suggest the next 12-18 months is critical for the business to show sales of decent magnitude or the wave of optimism currently felt could be washed away. | 1collijo
06/4/2024 08:31 | Contact What page number? I have a copy of this weeks IC and AFC is not in the Company Index listing. Maybe an error? | bmel
05/4/2024 19:44 | A blue day, makes a change, need a few more. | cinoib
05/4/2024 18:14 | "Full page" update in Investors Chronicle mentioning "potential" | contact2fsnetcouk
05/4/2024 17:25 | Who knows - but some news would be welcome. For me the important announcement is the contract signing with our manufacturing sub-contractor. That is the real indicator of a near-horizon increase in deliveries and revenues. | bmel
05/4/2024 17:08 | Nice tick up at cop. News Monday ? | 1collijo
05/4/2024 13:22 | I topped up this morning for the end of tax year reason where buying and selling are for different reasons. This should firm up in the coming weeks and there should be news of orders soon. | talldarkslim
05/4/2024 11:45 | I do wonder if most of those that post on BB actually know how the markets work and the quirks of things like end of tax years, end of quarter etc. You expect things to drift down most years on the run up to 5th April. A lot of people move shares around to balance thier books or free up money for tax bills or pay for school bills, hence the shares drift down. Most contracts have been signed off weeks ago, the new ones wont start till next week after the new tax year starts. I use this time of year to top things up using the cash ive held back for bottom fishing. Logically now is the time to pick shares up, i dont think AFC will stay this low for much longer but you never know do you. Perhaps pick up another 100,000 or so then wait for the 50p level, but lets be sensible, another 18 months before we become profitable so not expecting too much, have started my next round of auto sales at 35p in small 20,000 tranches over the next 90 days, sounds reasonable to me to get a profit. I am quite happy if the shares keep dropping, my hoover is ready to pick them up. | ivyhedge |
