16/11/2021 19:11 | How rude. Blocked | hugotanha
16/11/2021 19:10 | I didn't mean that I have a superior technical knowledge mate, failure is part of game in any projects. In this case share holders suffer the most. | hugotanha
16/11/2021 17:55 | It will over the comings days. | wuzy
16/11/2021 17:22 | As l keep saying, idiot AND muppet. | wuzy
16/11/2021 16:04 | My view is that this will happen over the coming days. Some strategic selling into the wind of significant news today. Very very high volume today. Bodes well in my opinion. | jakecat1
16/11/2021 15:38 | I'm surprised the share price hasn't gone higher on this news. | vatnabrekk

16/11/2021 14:24 | As per RNS: . "AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the leading alkaline fuel-cell power company, is pleased to confirm details of its new high-power density alkaline fuel cell technology. The new technology has potential use in applications where space and weight of power generation are important considerations and will sit alongside and complement its existing large-scale stationary fuel cell system. . | haggismchaggis
16/11/2021 14:19 | Hicon,My theory is that ABB wanted the S Series deal agreed first, as it's a major priority (driven by customer demand) for them. Sale of L Series systems can't be far behind, as not everyone will want or need a 200kW compact system, there is definitely room for both systems to be sold in parallel, and ABB have finished their testing, so in theory an ABB product launch soon too..I expect AFC to advise this in the imminent trading update RNS. | haggismchaggis
16/11/2021 13:49 | So please give us the benefit of your superior technical knowledge to explain why the trial might go wrong. | vatnabrekk
16/11/2021 13:15 | Wait for 10p a share if trial goes wrong. | hugotanha
16/11/2021 13:13 | Big news today, volume 9mil, 8.8mil sold. Not very complicated,is it? | hugotanha
16/11/2021 12:50 | But what does that mean exactly? Are they only working on an S-series fuel cell until 2023? Or will other potential customers also being served? It would be interesting to know what exactly is going on, I think AFC owes the shareholders a little more information. | hicon
16/11/2021 11:25 | Image of the AFC SuperGreen Power Station on page 5 of the AFC Annual Report 2009 . The initial agreement. . With the S Series we'd be looking at 2MW in a 40ft container vs 400kw of L Series in the same footprint. So a 1MW Power Station using S Series instead of L Series would be 5MW. . The image from the Annual Report shows a power station with 768 L Series stacks. That's 7.68MW of L Series stacks, but with S Series stacks it would be a much more useful 38.4MW and not much bigger for a 50MW power station. . I do hope AFC put the SuperGreen Power Station back on the list, as places like Japan and South Korea would be knocking the door down for them, and the S Series Fuel Cell is the enabler of this concept. | haggismchaggis
16/11/2021 10:59 | They would have to be invested to sell ;o) | astubbs67602
16/11/2021 10:54 | First RNS of many coming up regarding trials and orders. Sell up now Hugo and buy back in the 40s.... I dare you.... | brownishduck746
16/11/2021 10:42 | The news today from ABB suggests AFC have completed the development work on Alkamem and it is now a commercial product. Why else would AFC move so quickly from 'developing a 10kW prototype S Series Fuel Cell', to suddenly building a 200kw commercial S Series Fuel Cell for ABB, and why else would ABB sign an agreement that provided that, unless they were 100% assured that AFC could build it, which would require a commercial Alkamem Membrane now, not in the future. Hopefully the trading update will confirm that this is the case. | haggismchaggis
16/11/2021 10:36 | AFC actually think they can fit more than 1MW in a 40ft container, they say 2MW!! . "A MegaBoxTM configuration with a market leading 2MW of power density set for deployment within a 40’ ISO container for stationary off-grid power demands." . Also: . "Superior power density, and therefore reduced footprint, opens further market opportunities for the Alkaline Fuel Cell not previously seen, including adoption in mobile applications such as trains, heavy machinery, shipping and associated military functions." . "Other bespoke sizing options are available if required." . "Auxiliary Equipment for hydrogen generation equipment (ammonia crackers, electrolysers powered by renewable energy sources) are also available from third party suppliers through AFC Energy for integration into the final product solution." . "Partners are invited to express interest in HydroX-Cell(S)TM applications for joint development or licensing arrangements." . | haggismchaggis
16/11/2021 10:09 | ABB are acquiring serious stock in AFC which confirms their commitment for long term We also need to allow this news to filter through the media, press, there are a lot of institutions and fund managers have AFC on their radar not to mention the PI'S, Sunday press and the like. Short term profit taking, now in the consolidation phase on the chart followed hopefully by the next whooooosh which historically came in November lol | prmoldoaks
