                      AeroBox plc ("ARX" or the "Company")

                               Trading Statement

Following the Trading Statement announcement on 11th September 2006 the
Directors of ARX have been advised that the Company's operating subsidiary,
AeroBox Composite Structures ("ACS"), should seek court protection by filing for
bankruptcy in the United States under the procedure know as a Chapter 11. This
process is scheduled to commence next week.

Funding options for ARX have now been exhausted and with limited cash resources
the Board has requested an immediate suspension of trading in the Company's
shares in order to seek the best possible outcome for all shareholders.
