RNS Number:0961B AeroBox plc 06 April 2006 6 April 2006 Aerobox plc Second Order from Unitpool AeroBox Composite Structures LLC ("ACS"), the US subsidiary of Aerobox plc, is pleased to announce a repeat order worth $1.4m, before agents costs, from Unitpool AG ("Unitpool") for its AeroBox AKE-STD (standard door curtain) containers. Unitpool is a ULD control and pooling service specialist that exclusively provides ULDs (unit load devices) to its airline pool of 30 airlines, which includes: Swiss International Air Lines, Eithad Airways (the national airline of the United Arab Emirates), Air Transat and World Airways. This new order follows the initial contract, announced in January and was negotiated by Aerobox's primary agent Watermark Limited. The units are scheduled for delivery commencing in the fourth quarter of 2006. Ray Gibbs, Group Managing Director said: "We are delighted that Unitpool have placed a second order for our AeroBox. The robust product construction and thermoplastic composite panels offers significant health and safety benefits and lower repair levels in harsh environments producing substantially lower lifetime costs of the container, which is clearly a key factor for Unitpool. This latest contract is another endorsement of our product as a superior solution and further validation of the global airline's interest in, and acceptance of, the AeroBox container. To date we now have ULD orders worth over $4.5m for delivery in 2006. As a consequence of the order level and industry interest we have experienced in the AeroBox containers we are immediately moving to a second production shift."
