I've been looking on the IR website to see if they've been listed as of negigible value yet, but they haven't so I can't even offset the £70k against some of this year's gains.

Erm - actually it's all because Ray Gibbs committed an unrealistic production capability to secure funding from Laurus.

He should carry the ultimate responsibility.

AeroBox plc
24 January 2007

AeroBox plc ("ARX" or the "Company")

Further re. Suspension of Trading

Following the announcement on 15 September 2006, the Directors of ARX have been advised that the Company's main operating subsidiary, AeroBox Composite Structures, LLC ("ACS") yesterday petitioned for the protection of creditors under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Under the terms of the petition ACS is being funded by its previously secured lender Laurus Master Fund.

In view of this event the prospects of any returns for shareholders of ARX are likely to be minimal.

The Board of ARX continues to examine options for ARX and will make further announcements when appropriate.

If you have experience of similar situations, can you tell us how long it is likely to take to come out of chapter 11.
