Posted at 02/1/2007 04:20 by smallchange napoleon, the problem was they invested the money into the wrong machinery and couldnt make the boxes fast enough. They had the spec correct but just couldnt produce them. There may be a faint glimmer but if it does manage to survive it will be a long time for the orders to return. I sold out at a nice profit at the start, and had reinvested and sold out at a minimal loss..in profit all together on ARX but its a very sad tale for investors who invested for all the right reasons but couldnt see the fact that production never met got on track to fill orders. |
Posted at 15/9/2006 06:59 by savogi roks----well said bellyboy2.........po You are a new comer here, the worth while information have been posted by me before all the way from 22p since two years ago. everything i have posted here since two years ago has happened, i have been right all the way step by step and i even gave this dog one year to go bust and that was 9 months ago and few investors like bellyboy and spectrum did not like what i have been posting here because they were loosing money and lost their pants and became bitter and twisted. here we are chaps gone bust exactly what i said 9 months ago. i am just glad that a lot of investors sold out because of me and few stuck with this dog because of few rampers like spectrum and few others. |
Posted at 11/9/2006 17:40 by savogi spectrumLiars and losers always got a short memory, i thought you said last time you bought at 20p sold at 16p and bought back at 6p lol. and i dont enjoy anybody loosing money that's why i tried very hard to let the investors know and shared my knowledge, and i know for a fact that some investors sold out because of me. |
Posted at 10/9/2006 10:11 by spectrum7 cavmanInvestors like to see a company do well. It means employment for many, a profit for the investor, and a boost for the local economy. Shorters like sav would like to see the company go bust. He doesn't give a toss about the resulting unemployment, the knock on effect of bad debts on suppliers, or the loses of investors. He will spend his time kicking this company and its investors while they are down.......thats his game ! The difference with sav is he wants constant adoration and recognition for his efforts ! In my opinion this kind of shorter is the scum of the earth. If your mates mate says this could be a buy, you have to decide who to believe.....sav or your mate ;-)...and who has the vested interest ;-) Good luck in your choice. I do not hold at present. |
Posted at 01/8/2006 22:05 by metex Rex....the news today was devastating. For any company....a growing order book is nothing....without the means to produce it....and this is the grave situation Arx now finds itself in. The inability of the management to have fully evaluated any technical production pitfalls....before going the $3m revolving credit route....has now left them with virtually "Hobson`s Choice"...i.e. very little choice at all! It`s taken only 3 months for them to fall foul of their creditors....while it`s only less than a month....since the new FD`s greeting RNS on 3rd July....which....as have previously posted....only appeared to cloud issues....(following the unexpected share price fall....at the end of June)....for many Arx investors IMHO. Were the production issues....which came to light at the end of June....already known by the new FD when he commenced his duties....or was he kept in the dark....about their significance? Because it is now difficult for Arx investors....to judge whether he has arrived to save the company on behalf of Arx`s management....or was used to bide time during July....while production struggled to come to terms with the offending edge forming machine....or he`s was been brought in by Laurus....to eventually become their man at the helm....or was he just being used? The production catastrophe....does appear to have caught the Arx senior management by surprise....as the swift and drastic action taken by Laurus....to effectively close off all funding after mid-September....sev The options open now for Arx management....as outlined by them....are limited....as the production problem remains unresolved....either to any potential manufacturing partner....or to any potential purchaser of ACS itself. The Aeroplatz material may have some "intellectual value"....the "flawed" ULD production line may have value too!....along with some value in the forward ULD order book....(if not diminished by subsequent ULD order cancellations in the short term....when not forgetting the yet unexplained drop in expected Watermark commissions). But the big question now....is just as you say. Will any of that value....come to Arx investors....or go to their creditors?....DYOR. |
Posted at 23/7/2006 21:05 by metex Good evening everyone....back from the Hungarian Hills.Ref: The Watermark commission shortfall of approx £0.4m. It would appear that the only way this could be related to Arx....is if the following had taken place. 1/ The commission was related the the Middle East airline 5yr long term supply contract....announce 2/ That to achieve a good price for the ULD units over those 5yrs....all monies.i.e. the total contract price of $6m....were paid upfront to Arx. 3/ At approx 10% commission on overall contract....Watermar 4/ Due to quality problems with first years`s batch...delivered between Jan and June....the whole contract....under the initial agreement terms could be terminated....hence Watermark would not receive all the £0.4m they were expecting in this financial year. So hypothetically all of this....1/ to 4/....would have had to have taken place IMHO....for it to have been directly linked to Arx ULD`s....otherwise as mad mike pointed out....there is no way....a commission figure of £0.4m....could have been earnt by Watermark....through Arx contracts....while the new Arx FD also seems to have confirmed in an e-mail....that no Arx ULD orders have been cancelled....or reduced....by Watermark....so the chances of 1/ to 4/ having really happened....appear very slim. Although it is interesting that Arx....have in fact....already highlighted some new "quality" issues....in their Final Results statement of the 18th May 2006....saying that on making investigations....th The alleged comments of the new Arx FD....relating to "quality" issues being general Watermark matters....do give some Arx investor reassurance....but more specific information from Arx concerning this matter....in the next RNS....would help to clear the obvious confusion....that has unfortunately been generated....by Watermark`s recently stated misfortunes....being in part down to air cargo container commission shortfalls. (The separate reference....to a further £0.6m shortfall....made also in Watermark comments....appears to be related to a bad debt issue....with one of Watermark`s own agents....and in no way connected to any Arx issue). Going forward....Arx investors should now be hoping....that the enthusiasm generated by the comments made in the new FD appointment RNS....can be shortly be reinforced....by more new orders....either ULD or non-ULD....and by Arx management clarification of the ULD order situation....through the Watermark connection....DYOR. |
Posted at 10/6/2006 05:16 by savogi KnowingThe answer is NO, i cannot prove, you just have to take my word, if you care to read my old posts i made it very clear, when arx signed contracts in 2005 that they have given it away with no profit, what happened 4 weeks later, ARX made an announcement confirming that, this time i have heard from very reliable source. take it as you wish, i am not here to scare the investors my friend, i am here to tell you the truth about ARX and you cannot say i have been wrong because i have been proven right many time. The difference is, professional investors always got their eyes and ear open and they reassess their investment before is too late but here some investors got their head in a sand, how far do you guys willing for share price to drop before you realise this is a dog? |
Posted at 04/4/2006 09:27 by metex Good morning everyone.Whether investors go along with jhoeblogg`s comments or not....perhaps posters should at this stage....try to put them into some form of real context. It could be that Arx investors need to look back....to the Interim Result statement of 28th Sept 2005....which included those "famous" words....which initially led many Arx investors at the time....to believe this was the next news to be announced by Arx....following those Interim Results....quote:- "Sales with a minimum value of $1m for 2006 are under discussion"....relat Instead in Dec 2005....the acquisitions were announced....but with only minimal background information....and without any definite announcement on those "potential" sales contracts for the Core and Panel product range. If not already completed by now....the new laminating line....should be fairly close to installation....at the New Mexico production facility. So it could be perhaps....that investors are now about to get....that long awaited news....on those earlier reported discussions....i.e. "sales with a minimum value of $1m for 2006". Time will out!....DYOR. |
Posted at 01/12/2005 14:01 by metex Good afternoon everyone.Pending news?....the status quo prevails in the market....as of yet! It was Arx management who planted that seed themselves....at the Interims....that there might be good news on the non ULD front....in the short term....so talk of pending news....isn`t just based....on jhoes`s comments alone. But let`s hope that Arx management can deliver....that non ULD "baby"....for Arx investors soon. Investors should also be aware generally....that when signing any major commercial contracts world-wide....there is never a deadline date set in advance....(with the odd exception)....and negotiations (the fun and games) therefore....usually go on....right up to the point of signing. So if jhoe really did have a sniff of something....there wouldn`t have been a contract date "set in stone" anyway....and believe just "patience" is now required....not more "speculation". bengal1. Don`t think Arx investors should unwittingly "over-hype" the Chinese ULD order side just yet....because Arx reported previously in AGM statement of 19th May 2005....that the present trial ULDs are only in service under special "interim certification"....as Arx do not have full Chinese Air Authorities certification and approval for their ULDs. Arx have said....that this certification would only come....when the Chinese joint venture factory is up and running and fully approved. Whether Arx could actually be allowed to sell ULDs to Chinese carriers....and have them operational under that "interim certification"....is debatable. Further on the ULD front....in the short term....investors should be expecting some good news from Qatar Airways IMHO....because unless there has been a dramatic change in their sentiment during trials....plus the technical fact of the now proven low thermal conductivity advantages of the Aerobox ULD....over traditional Al ULDs....in very warm climes....believe that order should soon be in the "proverbial" bag. Smallchange. The intention of Arx management from the beginning....was always to have a broad based product offering....not just the Aerobox ULDs....so they have also been developing product applications in parallel. What the Arx management didn`t expect....was that the bringing to market....of one of their main products....the Aerobox ULD range....would not only take so much time to achieve....design-wi The sales and marketing side ....has really only been affected....by the late establishment of final Aerobox ULD product design and range....and the only recent receipt of final FAA approval. A company can have all the sales and marketing "bells and whistles" at it`s disposal....but if you haven`t got the "right product" to offer potential buyers....you`re not going to get the orders....and that`s been the case with the Aerobox ULD range until now....see Watermark`s remarks on this point....in their new tie up arrangement announcement recently. Also generally. Spurious comments from certain posters....relating to the attaining of Arx profitability through a stated minimum number of ULDs per month....believe will have no validity....in an eventually broadened "product base" offering from Arx. No trades so far today! So it`s like waiting for that last number....for the bingo jackpot!....LOL. Will Arx investors be rewarded this time?....or perhaps....alternati Because although in the near term....investor expectations are that order/s will be announced....such as the Qatar order for instance....as more and more time goes by....and orders are not announced....either for ULD or non ULD....then realistically investors must accept....that the odds must then slowly shift....towards the latter scenario prevailing....at a later date. This really is....a "pivotal" time....in Arx`s development IMHO. Time will out!....best of luck all holders....DYOR. |
