AGM on Thursday 14th Nov.- I wonder if we'll get some sort of trading update as the new management seem to be more forthcoming than the last?

Yes starting to pick up and it is very cheap when excluding the cash on the balance sheet. Some of the contracts/ projects can be lumpy but if the new hires can deliver then it should be onwards and upwards under the new management team.

I have invited them to present at the next Mello event but I think they are very busy which cannot be a bad sign.

This looks a decent buy to me What will the directors do with this massive cash pile?

The low price is all to do with fear of being locked in should AEO decide to go private , everything else is good , I came to realise this many years ago when I decided to depart with a small profit mostly covered by the attractive dividends.

We have had some decent volume since the TU, I reckon about 1.3m shares traded, so surprised no holding updates other than JH.

To turn a 150k loss at the half year into a £350k+ profit at the full year is quite an achievement.

You don't have to be a genius to work out the sort of cash the company could be throwing off, if this momentum can be maintained.

Wouldn't rule out a takeover at this miserable price

My worst nightmare, clocktower using my posts to further his cause!

I love the company to bits but wonder why that big jump in turnover is not feeding through to the bottom line.

They have authority to do buybacks but the lack of liquidity probably prevents that. A special divi is likely imo.

My biggest bugbear is probable radio silence until November when as near as damn it they have all the numbers in front of them now. How big can their sales/purchase/asset register be that they need 16 weeks plus to audit?

Look at the overall numbers. 1.5million cash in the bank and PBT OF 350K. All this for a mere MCAP of 3million.

Babbler, as tiswas pointed out, £40k profit on an extra £1.6m - (do you not think the Bod might be taking much higher salaries). How much of a dividend do you think you might receive?
