Well FWIW I had a chat with the pensions regulator earlier today and the headline statement about 300 companies qualifying for a relaxation on the rules concerning their pension schemes is slightly misleading. The figure of 300 is an estimate and they do not have a list of 300 companies which will benefit from this development. The reality is that the trustees of schemes who believe that they should be cut a little slack and who can present a business case in support of this are to submit their proposal to the regulator who review and as appropriate approve the concessions sought. Presumably the trustees here will now be looking to submit their proposal post-haste. I will endeavour to seek clarification that this is in hand; it would be helpful if others could do likewise if they feel up to it.

Macaw4, if it wasn't for the profit warnings and other concerns well known, on a PE of 9 (if .23p is correct) the shares would be 2p plus! So if CEO gets his act together and sorts out PPC, gets new banking and pension agreement, plus contract win(s) then today could just be a sideshow!

The forecast earnings for 2012/13 [dig.look] have increased from 0.2p to 0.23p on unchanged f'cst revenue - no obvious reason as yet.
