Board appointment

The Board of ADVFN is pleased to announce that Tom Spiller OBE has been appointed with effect from today as an independent Non-executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Spiller is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department at, Rosenblatt, a listed City law firm, with experience in acting in commercial, banking and regulatory disputes, including public company corporate governance, and internal and regulatory investigations. Mr Spiller graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA in Political Science and qualified as a solicitor at Herbert Smith LLP in 2009. Mr Spiller was awarded an OBE in the Queen's 2019 Birthday Honours List for public and political service.

Clem Chambers said: "We look forward to Tom's contribution to the Board as an independent director, particularly given his legal background and understanding of corporate governance".
