Well they are certainly adding to the wages bill. But do these additions indicate that we are turning a corner, or will us shareholders ultimately loss all.

They were bidding 18.75p a minute ago on a 18.25-19p spread

Now bidding mid price 18.5p (18.5-19p) so still looks poised to break back into
the 20's wether you like this stock or not

I never disclose my positions on here, and never have done.

I will tell you I'm not short, nor have ever been short, although if it was possible to do so, I think this looks like the best opportunity to bank free money I have seen for a long time.

The spreadbetters won't allow shorts on this stock (no borrow available) and I think that tells its own story personally.

I just don't see how they can keep the death spiral going, who are the people that are going to keep buying the stock when they know a lot more is going to be issued? It beggars belief really.

If it is a VAT refund they have secured against then it is total desperation. There is no guarantee the VAT will be reclaimed on time, often HM Revenue and Customs can challenge or dispute a refund which can delay payment.
Although there will obviously be a history here of VAT refunds which will probably smooth out the process.

Very weird - the way the RNS was worded it would imply anticipated sale, which may have prompted some buyers and some nervous shorter's to close. Of course is has no sales and is sadly still going to go bust.

Yes we will, I am totally bemused as to why the price is rising, I see this news as bad/terrible, rather than good.

They have, in effect, borrowed money due to come in soon, and ave paid a heavy interest payment on it. You have to hope it arrives on time!

Even now you cannnot get a buy quote on even 1000 shares or £177.50

Can sell size at 17.25p, I really think this is going to bounce back over 20p later

It's been almost impossible to buy online all morning, guess most that have bought have done it via fill or kills.

Fully understand the short situation and logic behind it but bare in mine earlier this year it had a rebound from 22p to 45p before the sharp downtrend resumed.

So clearly as there seems to be no overhang shorts might want to consider closing out and reopening at a higher price as it's most unusual for the mm's to be so short of stock in this one.
