                                     Results of the AGM


At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions
were duly passed.


At the meeting, the Chairman commented: "Following the recent publication of the
results for the year ended 30 June 2004, the Company has received several
expressions of interest from parties with regard to a potential investment in
the Company.  The Board, in order to allow these discussions to progress, has
decided to defer considering the placing of the Company into voluntary
liquidation."
