Advance Developing  Markets Trust  Plc announces that  on 4  November 
2009 it issued 839,410  Ordinary  Shares  following the  exercise  of 
conversion rights by  a number of  Subscription Shareholders.  It  is 
expected that  the  new  Ordinary  Shares will  be  admitted  to  the 
Official List and will begin  trading on the London Stock  Exchange's 
main market at 8.00 a.m. on Friday 6 November 2009. 
The share  capital  in  issue following  this  notification  consists 
of 65,940,247 Ordinary Shares and 12,180,757  Subscription Shares.
