Look these new guys have significant skin in the game.
They will want to make many multiples of the current share price by the time they are in a position to sell some of their shares.
10p is just a marker, the directors and investors will be wanting a hell of a lot more than that!!
You want a young hungry team working for you when it is a recovery and growth situation.
This is their chance to make their mark and become multi-millionaires.
All they have to do is what they are best at and grab contracts and deals.
I expect them to go flat out and make their fortunes.
You might want to upgrade that merc to something a bit more expensive!!

It will rise, just takes a bit of time.
This is when an investor makes his money.
The hard part where you sit tight and be patient.

That's the point here.AD4 agreed a valuation for Cloud Co Co at c . 2m. When you acquire a non listed business from a listed business you value it, then convert that value in to shares. The fact the share price rose 3 times before the deal was completed means the volume of shares could have been adjusted down. I guess they didn't because they know without the deal, AD4 were not in a good place, and Cloud CoCo are the value item in the deal.I sold on the news yesterday FWIW. I am not deramping this just offering opinion on valuations.Assuming the valuation at 2m was about right, it also valued AD4 at c. 2m. The million dollar question is whether value is created from 1 + 1. Normally that value would be expected to be for the benefit of existing shareholders. But let's be entirely honest here, this is a reverse take over with Cloud CoCo reversing in to an already listed vehicle.Looking at the two companies, it makes sense for both. Investors in AD4 are now investors in Cloud CoCo.IMO AD4 has only nominal value.I hear Cloud CoCo has exciting deals to be announced. Are we serious about this? As a shareholder, how can I say whether 218m shares buying Cloud CoCo is good value without disclosure? Due diligence would have been done both ways. No doubt very light touch as neither are big companies.Personally think it is ludicrous that some on here see more than 1+ 1 = 4 (IE 2m + 2m = 8m, with 2m being the original valuation. That's a share price of 2p.If Cloud CoCo were really worth 6m, why would they have agreed to being acquired for 218m shares at 1p?Happy to be challenged here. .

Ps and why on earth would you make a point of being concerned about investors taking profit on a rise FFS???

Lol Brain of Britain, obviously anyone who's bought in 3p plus will be temporarily down at the moment...shares go up and down on whatever trajectory they are on...and AD4 is on a Upwards trajectory....confirmation of the GM pretty much confirms that the deal is guaranteed and so 3p plus will look very cheap indeed when the RNS lands...Gla holders...Beek the Freak is determined to deter investors , although he appears to have given up on his "1p's coming " mantra...Ho Ho Ho Ho...a BIG blue day and a push towards 4p on the cards tomorrow imho...On and Up!!! :-)

Well, the evenings predictions by the resident high net worth investors was a little embarrassing eh!

Thanks Freddie.Always a pleasure to talk to a fan.I'd advise prospective investors to be very cautious here, and would expect this to continue tracking downwards over the next few weeks. You are right Freddie, I have no position and no interest in taking a position. Do you think I am more likely to give a balanced view, or should people listen to a stale bull like you and, lets face it, an absolute foreskin of an investor?

Eh? oh alright then gather round....

Nigel Wray is the UK's richest stock market investor (wealth created by buying shares)

He started off life at uni printing the PENNY SHARE GAZETTE

He specialised in those days in penny shares.

He said and he stands by it to this day.

"The new/young investor starting out must ignore the old cliche about eggs in one basket.
They must do the opposite.
Thats what I did.
The up and coming investor only has a limited pot.
He MUST put that entire pot into one share.
ALL HIS EGGS MUST BE IN ONE BASKET.
He needs that big lift that one spectacular play that lifts him up from being a small player with 50k into the bigger league with over a million and then he has liquidity to spread around.
You put ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET if you want to make it big in this game.
This sharpens the mind becuse YOU MUST PICK THE RIGHT BASKET.
You get one shot at it.
If you get it wrong, you go away and raise another pot and DO THE SAME AGAIN.
That one big pay day is the only thing that will lift you from where you are now."

Right ...as you were.
