The Company announces that Stephen Davidson, Non-executive Director, has notified the Company that he has transferred 20,676 Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to that of his wife, Jane Davidson, for nil consideration.

Prior to and following this notification, Mr Davidson has a beneficial holding of 20,676 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 70,000 Ordinary Shares.
