Down 22% with a final 5.8m sell at 0.975p, possibly M&G but they only just bought in on the recent raise, so more likely IP Group who held 6,291,477 and were heavily diluted in the last raise 12% down to 3%. Lombard 26.78% Tosca 4.5% Premier Miton 3.86% M&G 3.68% IP Group 2.94% Its MCAP is £2.4m with estimated cash of around £4m at year end, burning £400k / month. They need to announce some contracts. | hatfullofsky

22/9/2022 14:38 | Yep that's the big news..Page was the problem and a disaster. This will turn from here no doubt. | zen12
22/9/2022 08:05 | Well at least Page has gone! What a bluetit. Hopefully it can pull something out of its IP draw and turn it into a saleable product. Needs to get cash burn down to £100k per mth like from yesterday. | smithless
21/9/2022 19:34 | Additionally, they have gone to roughly over 230million shares from 57million - That some overhang - | tomboyb
21/9/2022 19:31 | In March they had £5.37million - The problem is the burn rate is too significant - To have a placing already I think says it all - Result of placing - Like I said earlier, I used to have one of the founders teaching me @ my MSc. So am very disappointed - | tomboyb
21/9/2022 18:52 | Sound like you've bailed out so bashing stock lol | zen12
21/9/2022 16:00 | Completely out of this - Clearly the cash burn is just too high - Expect this to be burnt fairly quickly as well. Failed project - | tomboyb
21/9/2022 12:13 | Sums up the sales for ACT - I don't think anyone really wants them TBH - | tomboyb
21/9/2022 12:09 | Placing at 2p per share - | tomboyb
24/8/2022 12:55 | 2% equity trade at 2.6p - | tomboyb
17/8/2022 10:59 | Market cap is around £1.5million with no debt - Cash in March is £5.37, 3x more than cap, although there will be utilisation - Expected MMs to move on that 50k sell, which a year ago would have cost £50k | tomboyb
17/8/2022 09:13 | cash at end of march was £5.37million - Needs news on new portal - | tomboyb
03/8/2022 18:25 | If they are planning a fund raise at some point, I suspect it will put out some positive news, which will of course see the share price rocket, especially from such a bombed out valuation. So yes might be worth a punt, but don't bet the farm on it. | smithless
03/8/2022 17:30 | Added a few more today - happy to add at these levels while we wait for more positive news | wolfcub
03/8/2022 15:11 | No doubt very intelligent, the trouble is the CEO leadership is so poor hence the share price in this dire position. Once the news flow on progress of this new portal hopefully we will see a major re-rate! | zen12
03/8/2022 14:48 | I don't know anything about ACT Except if you had the ability to short it you would be fairly wealthy - I'm surprised as Prof. pits is a fairly intelligent guy, very big on his electronic engineering dept of which he used to re-iterate to students, me inc, that it had a 5.0 / 5.0 rating - | tomboyb
03/8/2022 14:31 | Hopefully with their new offering - New DWMS portal, the turnaround is now happening and CEO can start reporting progress and business turnaround!Dave Page, CEO of Actual Experience plc, commented:"The development of the new DWMS portal is a key step in Actual Experience's transition from start-up to scaleup. We now have a refined product with which to accelerate our direct sales and marketing efforts and execute on our go to market strategy. The development of the new portal is down to the efforts of Scarlet and her team. Scarlet's appointment represents another significant strengthening of our executive team as we focus on transitioning from start-up to scaleup and enhancing and refining our product offering to clients." | zen12
03/8/2022 13:51 | The problem with Actual Experience is, its software that was designed to be installed on desktops that were left running 24/7. Which was fine for the types of organisations that ACT targetted - large corporates and potentially Government departments, but then along came Covid and everyone started working from home, PC's were not left running all the time, laptops were deployed configured so employees could work on their home broadband with some sort of Zero Trust Client installed, the Zero Trust vendors such as Illumio, Appgate, Z-scaler and Palo Alto all have their own tools for measuring performance. Hybrid networking is here to stay, which i think is more than can be said of Actual Experience. | timnicebutdim
03/8/2022 13:18 | Market cap is £1.4million - Cash at Mar 2022 was £5.37million with no debt and a slower run rate in 2nd half - Unless an institution is liquidating - | tomboyb
03/8/2022 12:32 | Doing some research, one of the founders of the company is a professor Jonathan Pitts - He was my professor for my MSc project a long while back - Surprised he is here, very intelligent chap at QMW - Reminded me of Robin Hood - | tomboyb
03/8/2022 10:47 | 168k sold at 2.3p aound £3500 - A year ago that would be well above £170k for that amount - | tomboyb
25/7/2022 11:11 | You can't kill this anymore than what it is now...decimated! | zen12 |
