15m traded yesterday, around 7% of the shares in issue.

Down 22% with a final 5.8m sell at 0.975p, possibly M&G but they only just bought in on the recent raise, so more likely IP Group who held 6,291,477 and were heavily diluted in the last raise 12% down to 3%.


Lombard 26.78%
Tosca 4.5%
Premier Miton 3.86%
M&G 3.68%
IP Group 2.94%

Its MCAP is £2.4m with estimated cash of around £4m at year end, burning £400k / month.

They need to announce some contracts.

Well at least Page has gone! What a bluetit. Hopefully it can pull something out of its IP draw and turn it into a saleable product. Needs to get cash burn down to £100k per mth like from yesterday.

If they are planning a fund raise at some point, I suspect it will put out some positive news, which will of course see the share price rocket, especially from such a bombed out valuation. So yes might be worth a punt, but don't bet the farm on it.

No doubt very intelligent, the trouble is the CEO leadership is so poor hence the share price in this dire position. Once the news flow on progress of this new portal hopefully we will see a major re-rate!

I don't know anything about ACT Except if you had the ability to short it you would be fairly wealthy -

I'm surprised as Prof. pits is a fairly intelligent guy, very big on his electronic engineering dept of which he used to re-iterate to students, me inc, that it had a 5.0 / 5.0 rating -

The problem with Actual Experience is, its software that was designed to be installed on desktops that were left running 24/7. Which was fine for the types of organisations that ACT targetted - large corporates and potentially Government departments, but then along came Covid and everyone started working from home, PC's were not left running all the time, laptops were deployed configured so employees could work on their home broadband with some sort of Zero Trust Client installed, the Zero Trust vendors such as Illumio, Appgate, Z-scaler and Palo Alto all have their own tools for measuring performance. Hybrid networking is here to stay, which i think is more than can be said of Actual Experience.

He was my professor for my MSc project a long while back -
