16/5/2020 11:50 | It's not easy to unearth companies with high eps growth forecasts in the current environment but ACRL appears to fulfil this criteria. At 44p per share forecast from Sharecast is as follows:- Year Ending Revenue(£m) Pre-tax(£m) EPS P/E PEG EPS Growth 2020-04-30 132.70 3.80 1.60p 25.6 1.8 14% 2021-04-30 145.00 6.70 2.40p 17.1 0.3 50% 2022-04-30 150.80 10.90 3.95p 10.4 0.2 65% Assuming they continue to execute in line with these numbers, Liberium's TP forecast of 75p looks realistic. 07/5/2020 09:20 | Liberum random thoughts: Analysts said that the turnaround is near complete while most of the financial benefits are yet to show up. The toiler and kitchen roll producer is increasing capacity to meet demand, focusing on efficiency and increasing its client base. “We see market share gains from brands, a shift towards higher product quality and service levels delivering wins in the grocers and a rigorous approach to efficiency should deliver improving margins,” the broker commented. Liberum estimates the soft tissue manufacturer, one of its clients, has 12% share in a £1.8bn market. “Accrol also has a huge opportunity to win more business with the major grocers (around 16% of Accrol sales) as the multiples seek to simplify their ranges while at the same time improve margins as they increasingly compete against the discounters.” The discounters’ channel accounts for 68% of the company’s sales. | ![]() chrisdgb | |
