30/3/2017 07:31 | Ambitious-looking entertainment ticketing acquisition today from cash: And a remarkable second RNS, whereby the CEO of the acquiree is subscribing for £500,000 of new ACSO shares AND promising to invest 40% of any earn-out proceeds into more ACSO shares. He must have been incredibly impressed by this company of ours! | rivaldo
28/3/2017 21:32 | Osborne - Cameron - Rock ...... Standard ...... corruption | panic investor
28/3/2017 20:16 | I think you'll find 'ride' is an Americanism for taxi etc with, I suspect, Uber in mind! spud | spud
28/3/2017 19:13 | I see the new iPhone software update has a "ride booking app". Those invested here may want to take a close look! | igbertsponk
27/3/2017 20:06 | Good sustained buying over the past few days - Should be good for the next leg up before too long. spud | spud
27/3/2017 12:02 | Amazing range of revenue opportunities being worked on and they seem to have the edge on any competition in cross selling them all. Well worth a watch, long but all worthwhile. | melton john
27/3/2017 11:49 | Thank you Kingsclere Certainly worth watching the presentation. | shanklin
27/3/2017 11:45 | "Queuing spoiled my day" | kingsclere
27/3/2017 10:27 | About 20 minutes into the presentation, an acronym which is something like QSBD is introduced, as apparently used by one of the parks where ACSO provides LO-Q. I have listened three times to this part of the presentation but still cannot make out what it is. Help welcome. I thinks it some like Queuing seconds by day???? Thank you, Martin | shanklin
26/3/2017 11:20 | The above presentation posted by Spud is worth a watch. Very impressive. imho acquisitions may be focussed on Asia, more directly China this year. | panic investor

25/3/2017 11:36 | Institutional Fund Manager presentation - Well worth the 90 mins if you want to get an idea of where the Company is going: spud | spud
22/3/2017 07:28 | Should be debt free very soon | panic investor
22/3/2017 06:43 | Managed to pay down $6 mill net debt, fund Prism and make a profit. A lot of cash being generated. I liked the fact that if an operator raises prices then Accesso receives extra revenue. Big hint of corporate action during 2017 Any guesses? | helpaargh
21/3/2017 14:43 | Interview with Tom: spud Edit : My takeaway is that 2017 is the year of aquisitions for the Company allied to the beginning of even stronger income growth. | spud
21/3/2017 11:59 | Sounds as if the 40% hike in pre-tax is just the precurser going forward... ;)) spud | spud
21/3/2017 11:45 | Nice review from Techmarketview - I like the concluding paragraph about capturing and using data, indicating that ACSO could become a play on Big Data: "Tuesday 21 March 2017 Accesso benefitting from its imagination Looking at its FY16 results, it’s apparent that AIM listed Accesso Technology Group has reached a point in its development where it has the products, the experience and the imagination to really scale the business up. It is its work on rethinking technology solutions for the leisure, entertainment and cultural markets (queuing, ticketing, point-of-sale and guest management) that is making a difference and enabled it to top previous strong growth (see here) with an impressive year. In the year to December 31 2016 revenue was up 10% to $102.5m with an even better top line improvement: adjusted EBITDA up 25.7% to $19.1m while PBT rose 40% to $10.1m. At the same time net debt reduced by $6m to $3.4m. These improvements were made while continuing with an investment programme so while some costs rose, management has been careful (successfully so) to ensure they have not outstripped revenue. Growth has been attributed to greater scale in the business, contract wins and new ideas, with good proof points evident across all three areas. New ideas include developments such as Prism, it’s a smart park wearable device that can handle queuing, payments, messaging, photography, park access and trip intelligence. It addresses practical issues but also gathers some insightful data about visitor patterns of behaviour which Accesso could put to use in all manner of ways. It could be a great example of our view that data is the new currency and of the need to Unlock the Intelligence." | rivaldo
21/3/2017 11:26 | I would assume it would be similar to Waitrose when you pick up a hand held scanner at the door, when you book the park you make the choices and then you'll get an access code ??? - might be worth asking the company though | panic investor
21/3/2017 10:41 | My query was not entirely flippant, even if amusing. I have to suppose, though, that this has been thought about and that the company has an answer to it. I certainly hope so, anyway. | aimingupward2
21/3/2017 10:15 | Like it ! Nice one :-) | panic investor
21/3/2017 09:47 | When people arrive for an event, will they have to queue up to be issued with their Accesso 'Prism'?? 😊 | aimingupward2
21/3/2017 09:01 | From a technical perspective I'm surprised this hasn't had a bigger pop at the open. Not quite the definition of bullish but still holding. | from8to800
21/3/2017 08:49 | Stellar results and have taken a further 2k shares on that basis. spud | spud
21/3/2017 08:45 | Surprised no-one has picked out this line - 'we have launched accesso Prism which we believe takes us close to realising our ambition of enabling an entirely queueless park'. Achieve that and we have a global game changer on our hands IMHO. | alphabeta4 |
