02/11/2018 19:23 | Quite right. TT International has a short on, 0.7% of the shares. | wisewilliam
02/11/2018 19:21 | Its getting smashed because TT have taken a short position in ACSO recently and added more this week. Ive never really liked the accounting here. The company doesn't really generate much cash. Im guessing that is part of why TT have jumped on board. Other holders maybe sniffing something dodgy and getting out. | horndean eagle
02/11/2018 19:09 | I think most of the fall is down to low liquidity. Weak hands are trying to get out (panicking) while IIs are probably adding slowly in the background. | itchycrack
02/11/2018 19:08 | Spud - maybe if you've spoken to TB you know different, but I would have thought it rather unlikely the directors will be buying. They already have lots of skin in the game, and many divisional managers must still be holding shares from the acquisitions. Quite enough eggs in the one basket I would have thought. I would also suggest that they'd fight tooth and nail against a takeover offer at these prices. I'm sure TB still has his eye on the FTSE and no doubt in my mind they'll make it sooner or later. If competing bids emerged it might prove irresistible, but a cheeky takeout is not on the cards - the first sign of interest and the limited free float will send the price through the roof. | supernumerary
02/11/2018 17:16 | Ouch 35% drop in 5 weeks. pp | perceypig
02/11/2018 16:23 | Me too! However, whereas in the past we always had willing IIs to backstop the price, they have been more than conspicuous by their absence recently allowing PIs to sell down the price relatively easily. Allied to leveraged positions, this could easily slip to the next support or 15 quid imo. I'm sure the Directors won't want that to happen though and will lead by example by dipping their hands into their pockets before we capitulate by 50% from our highs...spud | spud
02/11/2018 16:11 | Thats pretty pessimistic spud; hope we don't go back down there! | janeann

02/11/2018 13:01 | In the ADVFN trades report there is a transaction at 2070p for 20000 shares but no transaction for that amount at 1965p. | orange1
02/11/2018 12:58 | Today a seller of 20,000 @1965pHe's looking to get out in a hurry judging by the price action | pj0077

31/10/2018 12:43 | Melody - Sounds like you understand accountancy well enough tho....! spud | spud
31/10/2018 11:35 | The Budget had no serious implications for investing in AIM companies as some had predicted. I wonder if we'll now see some buying back in here. Melody, it's all in the interims as Shanklin said - read the section "Reporting changes following the adoption of IFRS 15", including: "There is no impact on profit of the Group due to the revised assessment of agent vs principal and therefore the Group will present improved operating margins in the current year and looking forward. The adoption of IFRS 15 generally is not expected to materially impact full year adjusted profit metrics or cash generation in current or future periods." | rivaldo
31/10/2018 11:19 | Tks Shanklin - I did read the HY as considering an initial position here. But I'm not an accountant! Underlying revenue growth during the period of 47%. Reported revenue growth was 16.7% following adoption of IFRS 15. Most significant impact of this adoption relates to a revenue stream formerly recognised on a gross basis now being recognised on a net basis, but with no overall impact on profit. Comparative reported numbers have not been restated. In your view, does this fully explain my earlier question? | melody9999
31/10/2018 10:38 | You could read the latest half-year results for a very clear explanation | shanklin
31/10/2018 09:46 | Looking at Stockopedia, seems revenue falls at $130M but EPS increases by 291% to 74c. Are these figures incorrect or can someone explain please? | melody9999
25/10/2018 18:08 | I expect this to improve tomorrow. Have we found our support I wonder...spud | spud
25/10/2018 13:59 | Thanks alpha a very good explanation | miss womble
25/10/2018 12:14 | Miss Womble I suspect we'll find out that it's explained by some chunky buys in the background which we'll only find out later. | alphabeta4 |
