PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 3 December 2021 the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 720.0816 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:
97,178,259 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
6,986,163 Ordinary shares held in treasury
104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
