Announcement re: Share Price
The Board of API Group plc notes the recent fall in the Company's share price.
Following the trading update on 19 October 2007, the Board has progressed
discussions with its advisers and its banks towards a resolution of the funding
issues previously announced. Key stakeholders continue to be highly supportive
and the solution may take the form of a renegotiation of the Company's banking
facilities and/or an equity issue. These discussions are continuing in a
positive and constructive manner and a further announcement will be made once a
solution has been agreed.
