Aberforth Split Level Income Trust plc ("ASLIT")
Correction Announcement
This replaces the previous announcement sent today, 03 June 2024, published at 10:01 in respect of the Net Asset Values (NAVs) as at 31 May 2024. The Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) has been corrected to 86.65p from 83.40p. All other Net Asset Values were correctly stated.
The Net Asset Values for the above company as at the close of business on 31 May 2024 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 86.65p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 89.19p
Zero Dividend Preference Share (Accounts basis*) = 126.87p
Zero Dividend Preference Share (Articles basis) = 126.88p
* for accounting purposes in accordance with the AIC SORP, issue costs in relation to the Zero Dividend Preference Shares are capitalised and amortised over their expected term.
Equivalent differences also arose in respect of NAVs announced as at 28 May, 29 May and 30 May and the corrected figures for the NAVs per Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) are: 28 May 87.29p; 29 May 86.43p; and 30 May 86.89p.
