A frosty and chilly start to all genuine LEG holders.

I'm sure we will rapidly warm up during the day here though. My buying boots are on again today, after picking up a couple of small parcels last week.

All the gloom surrounding the NHS culminating wth this story on the BBC this morning about a ring-fencing new tax to help fund it.

In reality, it's in a right mess, not all to do with government by any means. I notice no politician has the balls to actually say that the NHS wasn't built to cater for almost 70m people, so thank you Mr Blair for opening the doors during your tenure to unlimited immigration. Now the chickens are coming home to roost, but you'll be okay with your 32 properties to fund your lifestyle and future care.

Left wingers need not bother to reply.

Here is the Beeb story - eventually relevant to VS as things like this must further the cause for extra take-up of "The Edge" in due course.

GL to all genuine holders.

Currently Dow futs down 222, to add to the 665 drop on Friday.

FTSE indicated to open around 80 points lower.

This, of course, won't affect LEG being a nano-cap, in fact history shows that falling stock markets are usually the time when interest in stocks like LEG build up.

A positive RNS this week following on from the positive vibes of last week, will light the blue touchpaper.

Yes, everything is in place, but then in reality it has been for some time.

Anyone new to LEG, or those of us who have been, and still are, accumulating, can buy at these levels with the confidence of knowing that just our holding in VS is worth around 0.18p per share.

There will be lots to talk about at the 1p shindig.

It's truly amazing we aren't many multiples of the current price, lesson is to buy on the information we get, sometimes it's RNS'd sometimes not.

We knew the Wincanton story 3 days before the RNS.

The wise will be loading up big time.

Hi Gotto - HOF in a desperate position, probably too late, but Debenhams could do worse than link up with VS.

Debenhams online is growing rapidly, to the detriment of their bricks and mortar operation. In fact ANY retailer who is pretty large online should utilise "The Edge".

They'll learn - and we'll earn.

Sounds like house of frasers 59 stores needs VS desperately but may be too late for them as they we're too blinkered and not forward thinking enough to see the world changing around them and now they are on borrowed time by the sounds of it :-(
