It’s all very nice to potentially win an award, bit if good PR as well, i hope VS wins one, but let’s not get carried away, we would all rather see a contract win I’m sure.

My perspective/View point is that these prestigious awards if VS were to win one will open them up to a whole new arena, which can only be positive for LEG right now, and we need something positive as the CEOs silence is deafening!

I think everyone needs to put these awards in perspective

Isn't it quite positive to say, hey, even if they don't win anything they've got their name out there. Imagine they weren't a sponsor and didn't win, nobody attending would know about them.Hence my post is that they are in a win win situation.

What's negative about pointing out that VS are a supporter?

Another negative thought soup?

It really is beginning to get a tad tiring.

VS are a sponsor / supporter of the awards anyway.

On the other hand KK, IF VS win something tonight, no advertising needed.

Everything will speak for itself.

Agreed KK. Shrewd, but lacking in savvy where advertising is concerned.

Perhaps it's us that need to shout it all from the rooftops.

Some interesting and balanced discussions on hear today its really good to see. I prefer not to speculate and like to see the questions posed by the blanks, I've invested her and hope to see double digit returns so also appreciate the bullish nature of PP's commentsHave a good evening guys and let's see how we get on at the awards tonight GL

Well, soup. Let's see what happens tonight.

If they get a gong then that will increase the interest and ultimately value in VS quite markedly I would think.

If they don't get a gong, then they've at least been centre stage this evening, and I would think there would have been a lot of networking done.

Quite possible they could pick up some interest and eventually a contract or two just from this evening.

PP, at the end of the day with AIM it pays to be forensic in research as it could all disappear in an instant.

That is all I'm doing, asking questions where I see gaps.

The VS increase in stake was welcome. Sadly it was the only investment Zaf managed to make out of the placing which raised £1m quid.

The fact he only managed to make one investment of £260k out of £1m before borrowing money from Alcazar once more screams of poor / dubious management.

I’ve gone about turn on IBS initially I thought meh but he didn’t RNS carphone but did RNS IBS. Says to me he thinks this is gonna be big. My guess is he’s had a lot of free time over the last couple of years and he’s bored so he’s gone back to his roots and is probably working proper hours now. He will get licences, put a team together and then an M.D. to run it and then he’ll move onto the next thing.

Ask yourself this as well. When VS tied up the deal with NotionCapital, LEG were slightly diluted.

Immediately Zaf made that gap up with some of the cash LEG had.

That to me, doesn't sound like a vote of no confidence in VS.

Zaf is a shrewd operator and holds stock in both LEG and VS, so he for one would not want any failure.

Paul - - post 10064 - well put.

Soup and sid - despite your continuing propensity to attack Zaf and exude a negative air, you cannot deny that on the basis of the VS holding alone LEG are seriously undervalued.

And IBS could be a very exciting addition.

As Paul says, the continuing attacks and the con man bit, why would newbies be the slightest bit interested in investing here?

Soup there is something with Amedeo. Their lack of news has Zaf written all over it and he’s the only person listed on LinkedIn but yet again we can accuse or we can believe him and let’s be honest it’s not even really on our radar until something dramatic happens.

Interesting looking into IBS and the recent valuation.

The new companies that have 'bought in' and valued the company are owned by

1- The only named director of IBS.
2- The directors of Pathfinder Solutions (Who set up IBS)
3- A new company set up only in September.

So, those who were already involved in IBS are the ones who have valued it at $10m. Interesting.

Well, I take both points, but VS aside which I think is about to give us the news we all want, I think IBS are going to gladly surprise.

And Paul is correct, Zaf has been wholly transparent about everything.

A lot of the knockers started having a go when Zaf bagged 37% of IBS and LEG got 12%.

If he fills his boots, then he'll fill those of LEG as well.

In fact the only thing that can nicely fit into boots are LEGS, so it's a given.

Thanks soup but I assume and I’m only guessing they were early transactions before the change in strategy. I agree he’s diluted the stock way too much and he expected the share price to be so much higher than it currently is. 2 years ago he valued VS alone we’ll over .20. He arranged the VS Tesco deal which says to me his background and network is more retail. We know he worked in Investment Banking so probably had a lifestyle on that basis. I don’t begrudge him £100-200k per year if these investments realise potential but everyone seems quick to attack and disbelieve. Vs is a win IBS based on a valuation and a couple of months Work win Amedeo - when they sell their rig - win not sure about the others... this share with positivity surrounding it could make everyone invested serious money, if everyone calls him a con man etc... who in their right mind that looks at forums would buy?

I'm with Soup.

We should be here to question and criticise management, especially when, we can all agree, the share price performance has been diabolical, and the information flow likewise.

Its our money, and Zaf has spent it poorly so far.

I'm only here for VS. I've said all along LEG are a one trick pony.

Zaf has proved himself incapable, the only saving grace is that he got lucky with VS, everything else he has lost money on.

Positive on VS, couldn't care less about Zaf and that is whom the conversation was about. I was just correcting Paul's incorrect assertion that Zaf inherited the resource stocks.

Ask yourself who Alcazar Pte Ltd are and why they only exist to 'loan' money to LEG even when LEG have had cash in the bank. They then get it back plus 10% one year later.

Ask yourself why they (Alcazar) have the same business address as numerous other companies Zaf is involved with. Coincidence no? Or money being moved?
