27/11/2017 01:24 | Professor wont buy another 1mln. 18 Nov '17 - 20:30 - 9792 of 10000 1 3 The pressure is on here. Whoever is the lucky poster to post the 10,000th message, has to buy 1m LEG to celebrate. By then, I reckon we'll have breached at least 0.2p. | professor knobhead
27/11/2017 00:36 | Looks like as the author, I get the honour of the 10,000th post. Well thank you fans. Just a short cut and paste. Online UK Black Friday sales at a record. Oh, and John Lewis, Tesco and Argos all posted record trade. All VS clients to boot. So, enough of the negative agenda posts. Onwards and upwards here with a very positive outlook and view of the coming week. Ian Geddes, head of retail at Deloitte, said: "We expect to see another record year for Black Friday, with UK online sales likely to easily exceed last year's £1.23 billion record on the day itself." 26/11/2017 22:12 | mudbath - listen - you are welcome here, as long as there are constructive comments, and to be fair, you have posted what you consider to be your research. I don't know how long you are away, or where you are going, but I assure you LEG will surprise on the upside before you realise it. You'll come back in a couple of weeks to us over the 0.2p level. | ![]() professor pettigrew
26/11/2017 21:13 | Pettigrew,if you cared to engage your brain and research somewhat into Zafarullah KARIM's supposed IBS "free lunch" you would unearth the following facts. Subsequent to incorporation IBS had 1,000,000 shares. Guess who owned 100% of that share capital ? Non other than our very own Legendary Investments ! Subsequently LEG transferred 880,000 of those shares to:- (would you Adam and Eve it)none other the aforementioned Zafarullah Karim. Regrettably, holidays call,so I must now leave it in your hands to guide your Legendary followers as to more recent developments. | ![]() mudbath

26/11/2017 16:19 | We have all seen that thank you mudbath. Your agenda is so transparent as to be laughable. And you don't even have a holding here. Pathetic. | ![]() professor pettigrew
26/11/2017 14:53 | IBS "takes off". Should anyone interested seek a spin free account of what is actually happening, then this source could be consulted :- | ![]() mudbath
26/11/2017 14:20 | Afternoon sid - yes, I see what you mean, but I'm given to understand this is a different model. From re-reading the original RNS and Zaf's comments, I see it that from day one we own 11.1% of IBS, and 11.1% of the assets and income. Zaf stated that monies would and could be used to fund further new investments or increase existing ones. That's why I see IBS as important to us as if it takes off as I suspect it will, it will be a solid and sustainable stream of income for us. | ![]() professor pettigrew
26/11/2017 14:11 | PP I dont think LEG will receive any money from IBS unless or until they ever pay a dividend, which is some years away. That how it normally works for shareholders isnt it? | ![]() carefreesid
26/11/2017 13:56 | Wrong way round, as usual. It's IBS that will "accrete value quickly" once it gets going. It's a commission-based business that will bring cash into LEG at an ever growing rate. It's that cash that will allow LEG to increase their stake in VS, not the other way round. I've never seen such desperate rubbish posted as I have in the last few weeks. IBS haven't had their licence granted yet, although it should be within weeks now, and as for VS we know what they are doing. IF they happen to win a gong on Wednesday will those with an agenda then suddenly reverse their way of thinking and attitude? I doubt it, but even they will be forced to admit just how valuable VS will become. | ![]() professor pettigrew
26/11/2017 13:45 | "Further to its announcement of 7 July 2017 in which Legendary announced that it had taken a 12% stake in IBS for nominal consideration, the Company is pleased to announce that Zafarullah Karim, Executive Chairman of Legendary, has taken a 37% stake in IBS for nominal consideration on the same terms that Legendary acquired its stake." Yet shortly afterwards we see a financial miracle happen on the other side of the world ! Zafar Karim, Executive Chairman of Legendary, said: "We are delighted at the confidence of the initial seed funders and further funders of IBS in converting debt to equity and investing at a valuation of US$10 million. This values Legendary's IBS stake at £845,000 compared to the nominal valuation of just a few months ago." Will Legendary Investments be fortunate enough,at a future date,to be able to increase their holding in IBS by purchasing Karim's 37% holding for £3million or more ? If VS ever yields a return for LEG then my guess would be YES. | ![]() mudbath

26/11/2017 12:10 | IBS CORP Ltd. Well worth doing a bit of research on this outfit. It physically operates out of 71 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland where other similar newly incorporated "financial" entities are based . ANDREW JOHN MACKAY looks to be a key "player" and sole Director. He is a Director of several other seemingly nebulous companies operating out of the this and other addresses, for example:- THE VORTEX EFFECT LIMITED Corporation No. 6382632 Status: Registered THE VORTEX EFFECT LIMITED was incorporated on 09 Aug 2017 Address: PATHFINDER SOLUTIONS LIMITED, Level 1, 71 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand IBS CORPORATION LIMITED Corporation No. 6333629 Status: Registered IBS CORPORATION LIMITED was incorporated on 06 Jul 2017 Address: Pathfinder Solutions Limited, Level 1, 71 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand MILK ARTISAN HONEY LIMITED Corporation No. 5966044 Status: Registered MILK ARTISAN HONEY LIMITED was incorporated on 17 May 2016 Address: 332 Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui, Mount Maunganui, 3116 , New Zealand NEW ZEALAND HOME LOANS EAST COAST BAYS LIMITED was incorporated on 16 Apr 2014 Address: MOORE STEPHENS MARKHAMS CHRISTCHURCH LIMITED, 335 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch, 8024 , New Zealand ASPIRE PROJECTS LIMITED was incorporated on 29 Aug 2013 Address: Flat 2, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand ASPIRE GROUP LIMITED was incorporated on 29 Aug 2013 Address: Flat 2, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand MANU FORTI NOMINEE LIMITED Corporation No. 4618959 Status: Registered MANU FORTI NOMINEE LIMITED was incorporated on 27 Aug 2013 Address: Flat 2, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand ASPIRE ADVISORS LIMITED Corporation No. 3228671 Status: Registered ASPIRE ADVISORS LIMITED was incorporated on 20 Dec 2010 Address: Level 2, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand ASPIRE INSURANCE ADVISORS LIMITED Corporation No. 2446421 Status: Registered ASPIRE INSURANCE ADVISORS LIMITED was incorporated on 31 Mar 2010 Address: 106 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 , New Zealand MANU FORTE HOLDINGS LIMITED was incorporated on 29 Sep 2009 Address: 1 Nottingham Place, Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland , New Zealand MACKAY FUTURES LIMITED was incorporated on 22 Sep 2005 Address: 11 London Street, Pukekohe, Auckland 2120 , New Zealand SUCCESS FORMULA LIMITED was incorporated on 11 Jul 2003 Address: 64 Sartors Ave, Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland , New Zealand KNIGHT SOLUTIONS LIMITED was incorporated on 27 May 2002 Address: 1 Nottingham Place, Browns Bay, Auckland , New Zealand NEW ZEALAND COMMERCE OFFICE LIMITED was incorporated on 17 Jul 2001 Address: 1 Nottingham Place, Browns Bay, Auckland , New Zealand.
