What the hell if we've been slightly diluted from 12 to 11.1%?

It doesn't deter from the fact that IBS will be massive eventually LEG.

There are some here who have their own agenda in my view.

The seedling investment is now worth $750,000 !

LEG's holding is worth $1,100,000.

Zaf made $3,350,000 for a few month's part time work.

You are correct - the seedling investors have converted their investment into equity.
LEG still have 120,000 which is now 11.1% of IBS (previously 12%).

There are now 1,081,080 IBS shares.

Phil,
Disregard the 880,000 and 1,000,000 allocations (the bottom two) - they are historical.

1,000,000 (total number of shares) - 880,000 = 120,000 LEG's allocaion.
880,000 - 510,000 = 370,000 Zaf's allocation
That leaves 510,000 Pathfinder's allocation.

Well, if Zaf has 37% with 370,000, we must have close on 12% with 120,000.

I don't think Zaf would dare put out two false RNS's Phil.

The figures must be correct.

120k out of 2,780 mill = 4.3%
Or have 1mill shares just got "converted" and no longer exist?

They are Prof, i topped up another £1000 worth at 0.14. It's a good day but just the start of a long climb up. Theres too much potential here to ignore.
