Surprisingly there were no comments regarding the secret 8 code at 16.02 on Friday.

8 Code: temmujin is retiring tomorrow. That's according to my chum who is a market maker.

I wonder if we can find out if VS win the Amazon award that they are a finalist for this week ?VS must be on amazon's watch list - it may suit them to swallow up this competition rather than observe their success ?!?May add more this week once any frenzy settles again

Bliss...

As an aside, there are some very big positive surprises in store here.

Allegedly.

And if the market agrees with you gbenson1 and we close around 0.16-0.17p then wise people will just continue to buy, accumulate and hold.

There are some very big positive surprises in store here.

Disagree strongly.

Our holding in VS is now worth at least £7m and our other assets haven't been taken into account in your figures.

I presume Beaufort will come out with an update tomorrow, let's see what they say.

Let's not get carried away, our holding of circa 460k VS shares are worth £4.6m at the latest stated price of £10 per share for VS when Notion bought in. The DixonsCarphone contract will have increased the value of £10 marginally higher, so say £10.50 to £4.82m. At our current discount to true value, I'm looking for a share price of .165p once the market settles after the open tomorrow!!

If VS IPO it won't be at anything less than £250m in my opinion (recent IPO's on NASDAQ have been in excess of £500m-£1bn), so let's go for a £300m figure...

david,

For the year ended 31 March 2016, VS had losses of £94,000.

...so would you like to explain why VS would all of a sudden be worth £300m?

I'm not expecting an intelligent response david but please feel free to surprise me.

It's an exciting time here at the Legendary Rovers - Accrington Stanley match.
Even though The Rovers are seven nil down in the 89th minute they have got a corner and the crowd (all six of them) have gone wild.

The Rovers sense European football soon !

strongbuy - agree, but not on your figures.

We own 7.2% - the 0.2% is important! Before the John Lewis announcement our stake was roughly valued around £5m, so call it around £7m or so now.

Beaufort Securities, the house broker, currently values LEG at 0.7p.

If VS IPO it won't be at anything less than £250m in my opinion (recent IPO's on NASDAQ have been in excess of £500m-£1bn), so let's go for a £300m figure, that would value our stake around £21.6m. At 0.14p our market cap is £4m, so an share price of around 0.7p ties in nicely with Beaufort's target.

But the IPO could be much higher, dependent on contract news.

And we have IBS and our other holdings to throw into the mix.

Now you can see why my "1p party" level is easily achieveable.

And possibly much higher.

Value of LEG's 7% could be £14m for starters, £150m even, then who knows as i believe many builders merchants and others are actively looking to switch to VS !!

Not forgetting garden centres, KFC's and the local indian take-away on Sutton High St.

Anyone expecting an RNS tomorrow might be in for disappointment given the 'news' therein has been published on 2 websites already.

Good afternoon lendmeafiver. Yes, pathetic isn't it?

I've made sure some of his "disciples" on his threads are aware of his minus IQ level. He deservedly belongs on the other thread.

The Dixons PC World news broke around early afternoon on Friday, as the Retail Times carried it from 3.45pm, so I like the fact that obviously Zaf and LEG (and more obviously VS!) knew but the RNS wasn't rushed out with minutes to spare Friday, but will be revealed tomorrow to give people all day long here wallowing in positive news.

Next stop as you say, the NHS complete roll-out, some more retail contracts (my money is on M&S and Morrisons) and then IBS getting licences and permissions to begin business.

Big interest and rises to come here over the coming weeks and months.

Now back to business.

Every time VS secure a major contract, and every time it's featured in the "Retail Times" and other publications, the more VS will get noticed.

Then it will come to light they are 7.2% owned by LEG, a company on the stock market.

Next stage will be that a financial reporter will do a bit of digging and then there will either be an article in one of the Sundays or a buy tip, more likely the latter.

So, the bandwagon slowly rolls on. One can carry on buying here with confidence.

Just for a bit of fun, I'm going for a total volume tomorrow of around 250m shares and the share price to touch, if not close above the 0.2p level.

gbenson1's "suppersision" grabbed my attention for this surely was coded message to all genuine holders. My suspicions were confirmed by the late night news that we could add another 50% of far more to our LEG valuations.

Time for a mug of coffee David ?

LEG's stake was worth far more than the £4m mcap at the close on Friday.

You can add another 50% to that now.

Be interesting to see what Beaufort issue in the way of an upgrade.

Only mugs will be selling before 1p.

Pleased to see that VS have signed up DixonCarphone who have a market cap of £2.1 Bn. It was said tongue in cheek on here that Amazon might be interested in VS, and now coincidentally, it was rumoured that Amazon had run the rule over DIxonCarphone. All suppersision of course, but should ensure for an interesting open on Monday and perhaps even an RNS! Also draws into question what LEGs 7.2% stake of VS might be worth?
