Great find lendmeafiver.

Was that 14.3m buy the other week on the strength of a VS contract with Dixons Carphone Warehouse?

It's a massive outfit and will give VS another huge shot in the arm income wise.

Things are happening big time here behind the scenes. Once the news flow starts in earnest there will be no holding this share price back.

This is only the start of exponential rises in the LEG share price

RNS Monday then? It's a bit incongruous trying to find anything. Lots of different links to click, but yes it's there in black and white.

Monday could be a very interesting day.

By the way, London town is no better than it was in 1960.

Still full of people, cars and buildings.

Thank gawd I live out in semi-rural suburbia.

I have no idea about Bruce Rowan, PP, but I do know that if you hold such a large position in an AIM tiddler, you cant really ever sell them, unless there is corporate activity, or unless you sell them at a considerable discount to the current market.

Positive if it's a buy, positive if it's a sell !

Before I venture into London town, I ask. Is the 2.37m trade a buy or sell?

If it's a buy then good luck to the buyer, if it's a sell then it shows the mm's still require stock paying that for a bargain of moderate size.

Before I venture into London town, I ask. Is the 2.37m trade a buy or sell?

I paid 0.1344 for a small bargain of 100,000.

If it's a buy then good luck to the buyer, if it's a sell then it shows the mm's still require stock paying that for a bargain of moderate size.

Off out for the day now, have a good one all genuine holders.

Also, ask yourself this. Why has Bruce Rowan stubbornly held on to his 8% stake in LEG, not disposing of one share all these years?

8% is a pretty large holding, indeed he is the largest single holder on the register. Look at his track record, a well known investor in small and micro caps and over the years has held some pretty stonking investments.

He would be in on talks and future plans, be in no doubt. Appropriately, with the IBS venture hopefully soon to get started in New Zealand, Rowan is an Aussie.

He's not going to hold that amount of "dead money" if he can't see the eventual promise here.

Sid - don't forget IBS. None of us know what that will achieve, although as you know I'm pretty bullish on them.

Also we do have other holdings, modest I admit, but you can't really say without VS there is no real value in the share.

What I find laughable is that our mcap is not only equal to what Notion Capital invested in VS to facilitate future growth, but it's stubbornly below our holding's value in VS on it's own.

Sometimes small stocks like this can go unnoticed and unloved for a long time, then the market puts two and two together on either some news or a major deal, and that's it.

A major re-rating occurs which I believe we will eventually be looking at here.

No one can claim you'r glass isnt half full!

With 3bln shares in existence, I cant see there being a squeeze here, unless there is dramatic news, ie VS.

I am still of the opinion that this is a binary bet, VS does the business, and you might well get your 1p party, if it doesnt, then I dont see any real value in the share.

Consequently, I am holding my modest amount, and accept that the current market cap is about right, implying odds of about 7/1 that VS takes the US by storm, grows strongly over here, and floats for a substantial sum on Nasdaq.

Morning sid.

Exit strategy would be from 1p onwards. I've always strongly believed the NAV here is around that anyway earlier this year Beaufort hinted at 0.7p, that was before the John Lewis news. Don't forget VS have retained their early clients too, Tesco being the standout.

Bruce Rowan has tightly held his 8% holding, and there are a few on here including me that are now 60m plus, so the free float isn't as large as some like to think.

With the rest of the NHS to be rolled out yet, and IBS due to announce within weeks whether they have the necessary licences and peremissions, I see quite a run up in the share price this side of xmas.

As I say though, I won't be letting go of one share until 1p minimum is reached.

Once VS floats, I'd even stick my neck out to say that LEG could be paying a token dividend by then.

Some people have asked me that if there is so much in prospect why is the share price so low. Quite simply it's because we are a micro-cap and so in the big scheme of things we are quite neglected research wise. Apart from the house broker, those of us on here and a few hundred others in the know, we come pretty bottom of the list compared to the blue ships, mid-250 and 350 stocks and even small caps.

But, of course one or two major deals for VS, the IBS licences granted and moves to expand overseas and a possible IPO for VS will radically change everything.

I might add that although I'll be selling some at 1p upwards, LEG could be a very good share to hold long term also.

For now, being able to accumulate with a mcap of £4m and a NAV of over £5m is the way forward.
