01/8/2017 09:35 | The ceo needs to be taken to task over this. Its arguably gross negligence and not acting in shareholders best interests here. Without this deceased person's shares and the warrants, the share price would have been closer to the Beaufort valuation. With this never ending supply, and no one readied to take them up, the share price has plunged to multi years low. Rather than buying yet more VS recently, the company should have bought a chunk of their own shares back to help shareholders. All round shabbiness imo. | ![]() carefreesid
01/8/2017 08:53 | Morning PP and all LTH's gbenson1 If you look back at one of my previous post (26/7 - 7664) you will find that the trustees have been chasing the shares that Joe Bloggs distributed amongst his family, which may explain the delay On companies house 16/9/16 the Trustees in bankruptcy of Eatisham Ahmed had approx. 226m LEG shares in their possession worth over £250,000 at today’s prices. So I prefer my theory that the trustees have finally got around to dumping these, than your theory of Zaf his doing favours for his chums. Also I THOUGHT that all the .10p warrants have been distributed so I'll stand corrected if I wrong. I may have a look later and see if I can find if there are more to come. Other than that, I agree with your post 🍉 If the price falls any further I'll chnge my logo to.... 💩 | sam the man1
01/8/2017 08:08 | Good morning all. Yes, I would concur with some of those theories - the next tranche of warrants I think are 0.25p and 0.3p. Coming on the heels of the Notion RNS and Zaf increasing our stake in VS, plus the proposed Nasdaq float announcement, albeit not in RNS form, I'm expecting some important announcements in the near future, as Notion, Zaf and VS get swiftly to work procuring contracts and breaking into the US. They will want to float with strong revenues and solid profits and make the IPO a resounding success. It therefore follows that to do this other contract announcements must be in the pipeline, otherwise they wouldn't mention a float and Zaf wouldn't have the confidence to increase our stake (bearing in mind he holds 166,000 shares on his own account). All in all this fall in the sp, more than likely through the bankruptcy proceedings, is probably a one-off chance to increase positions in LEG and by association, VS before the float. | ![]() professor pettigrew
01/8/2017 07:15 | Morning all, I like your theory GB, the trading anomalies along with the misrepresentation of buys and sell is part of AIM life I'm afraid for now at least, I wouldn't bet that the selling is over and would expect it to continue until the 10th or we hit 0.1 which ever is soonest! I believe the next trench are at 0.2 and 0.3 so would expect us to to rebuild for a period, for those that believe in VS and some of the potential of our other investments this is a great time to top up. 31/7/2017 23:56 | Welcome to AIM. | ![]() tini5
31/7/2017 23:11 | The late reporting by over 5 hours of the 30m sell trade, and more importantly, after the market close is tantamount to market manipulation. A trade of over 3m is usually delayed by 1 hour max , if the large sell order was delayed till 1215 and reported then it would have meant that the large buy orders later in the day may have affected the share price either way!! Who regulates the MMs? | ![]() gbenson1
31/7/2017 22:24 | My theory for what it's worth is that Zaf has informed his chums that they must sell their circa 156m warrants already exchanged before he'll release the last tranche of approx 100m warrants, the final lot must be exercised on or before the 10 Aug 2017, as the share price gets nearer to .10p it will be less beneficial for the consortium to sell now, awaiting RNS. Joe Bloggs bankruptcy shares were seized over 7 years ago, can't believe his creditors would wait this long for their circa £29,250. Oh and almost forgot our final results are due in a few weeks. | ![]() gbenson1

31/7/2017 17:40 | Can't wait to see your "3% RNS" sometime soon Prof! | philmiboots
31/7/2017 17:39 | Gotto - yup, looks nailed-on it's the bankruptcy trustees. Sometimes a large block like that signals the final or penultimate deal. The selling may now have ceased or be very near the end. What a cheap way into VS this is (at the moment!) | ![]() professor pettigrew
31/7/2017 17:27 | Depends when/if bankrupt Ahmed starting selling - if it was him was that the first, last or middle 30 mill of his original 225 mill? Could be a way to go yet!! RNS only required when goes below 3% (circa 100 mill) | philmiboots
31/7/2017 17:06 | It can't be the warrant holders as they would only have made 20% - hardly worth it. Sounds like a forced fire sale regardless of price to raise funds re bankruptcy case as we thought. Opportunity knocks me thinks - may up my stake and lower my average to boot ;) | gottopickapocketortwo
31/7/2017 17:06 | So who might want to dump 30mill? How many individuals (apart from the Prof, RTW?, Zaf, Rowan and the bankrupt Ahmed) own 30 mill (or more)? | philmiboots
31/7/2017 15:47 | Mickluv - it's a mixture of three things. Probable selling by the bankruptcy trustees, some further warrant conversions to be cleared and general impatience. Some people are buying/adding today, and at bargain rates. True value will out eventually, especially when the ball starts rolling from VS in earnest. Remember a lot of "investment trusts", which essentially is what we are trade at a discount at times. Our current mcap is £3.7m. As you say we should be nearer £5m just on our VS holding at the recent valuation. But when we get further positive news from VS the valuation will rise. I hardly think they will go for a float at a valuation anything less than £250m. Sure, there is work to do before then, but Notion will want their pound of flesh. These are exciting days for VS and LEG. Patience is required, plus the ability to accumulate a large holding here. | ![]() professor pettigrew
31/7/2017 15:35 | One can only assume there is a massive sell here still to fill as the majority of today's trades are buys! Under normal trading we would see a blue day....... the highs and lows of AIM investing. We are massively undervalued here Mcap should be 4.7 mil on VS alone!!! | ![]() mickluv1
31/7/2017 10:37 | We are indeed Mickluv1 - or a hell of a lot more if you go by the Beaufort figures. | ![]() professor pettigrew

31/7/2017 07:42 | Morning all - morning Mickluv1. Strong feeling we are going to get some news this week. Anyone up to date on the VS tweets? The "8 digital disruptors" one caught my eye. Think they have something rather big lined up. | ![]() professor pettigrew
