For a start, Zaf could have a few lunches with City editors. With the topic of VS firmly on the table, this may lead to more articles and a few buy tips in the press.

Lots of ways to shout success from the rooftops.

I wonder what exactly it will take for the penny to drop in the market, and for investors to take to LEG in a big and serious way?

Obviously more contracts from VS are on the cards and will help, but I really do think the PR needs beefing up somewhat.

Morning cpap man.

I think there's more chance of VS going for an IPO and a market listing eventually than a takeover.

Very interesting times though, lie ahead.

I really hope that we do not see a Take Over for VirtualStock [VS] yet as i want to see full value outed....

Unicorn $1 Billion +

And then yes a Take Over and/or listing on the NASDAQ

Morning all. Yes, agree sid.

As gotto said, could have been for a tax bill. The more one reads on VS and the prospects going forward the mind boggles as to why the current mcap is a mere £4m here. With our other assets in for nothing, the current price isn't taking into account any future growth.

And growth a plenty is what's on the menu at VS from now on.

GL to all genuine holders.

Watching with interest today. That large sale yesterday has all the signs of a final tranche imo.

Lots of news coverage on this. Reminds me of other uk tech companies that have been snapped up. http://tech.eu/brief/virtualstock-funding/

Two excellent posts Gotto. This is a steal at current levels, and accumulation when possible is the way forward.

As you say Notion are pretty shrewd cookies. Virtualstock are too.

LEG have everything going for it. That sale looked forced to me too. Now that's out of the way, and hopefully our warrant merchants are now going to hang on to their remaining stock, I'm looking for us to start moving north big style.

People need to remember investing is nearly always about timing of your entry and exit points - get these wrong and you'll lose every time. This is now definitely a hold and add for now for me ----- the fruit is on the tree and now we wait and watch it ripen ready for harvest -----a bit cheesy I know but very true also.

Perhaps the MM's have been listening! They've had to narrow the spread to 0.13/0.14p as they probably realise they won't do the business they want to.

A good evening to all.

I'd be interested to know why the 1m warrant consortium didn't push the button whilst the share price was .15 and got .14, it leads me to believe they want the share price lower!!

Could be a big unreported sale lurking in the background, to bring us back to unchanged on the session.

Mind, the MM's aren't doing anybody any favours, including themselves, with their insistence on a ridiculous 10.34% spread.

I think they are trying to deter any sizeable buying given what we now know.

Well, cpap man - my thoughts have always been that eventually Virtualstock will go for an IPO.

The intention to "expand into US markets" is one to ponder. If they can crack that market the sky is the limit, and certainly their tech is unique and there will be plenty watching them.

IF they do go for a float eventually, obviously all eyes will be on the valuation. Our stake is precious. Very precious indeed.

"That will be the beginning of the road to "Unicorn" status."

And a listing on a major exchange most likely to be the NASDAQ

AIMHO & DYOR of course!

Morning Phil - well it won't be before time!

Interesting that Beaufort are sticking to their 0.7p target price. This of course would move up when VS start announcing a new raft of contracts.

It's the overseas expansion, especially into the US that really intrigues me. That will be the beginning of the road to "Unicorn" status.

I think the Beaufort valuation is based on the massive growth that is on the way sid.

Remember, Zaf has long said that one day VS will be a "Unicorn" company. Our share of that valuation would put a value on LEG stock of just under 3p - so there is a long way to go.

We have other assets too remember, yes they are pretty moribund at the moment, but out of the blue one of them could start reporting very positive stuff as does VS.

We have a highly geared portfolio here, with VS obviously the jewel in the crown. I don't think an esteemed organ such as the Telegraph would even bother to report anything about VS if it weren't a serious contender for dynamic growth and sharply higher valuations going forward.

And the only way into VS is through LEG.

I am struggling to understand how they keep the same target when 10% more shares have been issued, and VS, as of yesterday, is valued at 25% of their valuation.
