Just doing some initial research on this. I noticed that the current liabilities are higher that the current assets. So they have a plan in place to deal with this?

Morning all.

Could be some early weakness here, note the MM's ticked it down in the final minute or so yesterday, but on balance the story is very strong.

In any case we know there are plenty of us out there who will take advantage of any ask easing to increase our positions.

A few weak sellers at the death but another blue day so not too bad :))Plenty of trades, are taking positions and the stale holders are bailing out....each to there own.If we all held the share price would shoot up....pity we couldn't hold a bb hold deal...lol

I don’t think we will get chance, or be able to afford, to buy any more VS shares.

I believe the shares are distributed as follows: -
VS directors, staff and family = 79.5%
LEG, LEG’s directors, Nick Jenkins = 18.8%
Others = 1.7%

If VS is valued at £60,000,000, then each share would cost £9.34, so even if we could get the 1.7% to part with theirs it would cost us over £1M to buy them.

The £60M valuation is just a number I've used to make this point and will become a little clearer when VS report in December.

My strong belief is still that Zaf will negotiate a 10% stake in VS, up from 7.1%.

The pieces of the jigsaw are coming into place very nicely.

Good point mudbath. VS will obviously need to expand, and if they get the contract for all the NHS trusts, then they may look at Europe and eventually the USA.

That's when they really will be a "unicorn" company, and then some.

I see that Genesis VMI are expanding their horizons in the USA.Possibly VS will follow a similar route(where predators could well become interested).

In your post of 24 Aug 2016 (4379)you mentioned that AdviseInc was providing a price benchmarking system while VS was proving a purchase to pay system,meaning iyo that there was/is no conflict between the two solutions.

("The price benchmarking system will be provided to every acute trust and every trust will be required to provide monthly uploads of transaction data.As well price variation AdviseInc will also report on data quality which will compliment VS in terms of encouraging Trusts to adopt systems that improve catalogue management.")

Can you provide any further detail regarding AdviceInc and perhaps outline how they came to be involved(alongside VS)

Abi786 - there are various theories abounding about certain trades. It's said a "1" trade is a signal of an impending RNS, "10" meaning "I want shares".

Sometimes it comes true, sometimes it doesn't. A bit of fun on the whole, but because it comes to pass sometimes, always worth noting.

Especially in a stock this price. Who would buy one share, then pay commission?

Always something going on behind the scenes!

Good strong close today guys!! Lots to like here and plenty to look forward to in the future as well.....Zaf sounded very bullish to me :)) I believe he will definitely buy more of VS when given a chance! Also sounds like we might be due a few updates, specifically from our Gold interest!We could move up quite sharply to fair value around the high 20's early 30's imo in a few weeks!

You could be right there gbenson1. Don't want this going up too much yet, as need some time to marshall some extra funds.

Will be in for a hefty chunk hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks. Till then, just modestly topping up.
