Yes guys indeed I think there is confusion between Merlin 1 and Talith A my bad.

Talitha A could read across to 88E's Icewine acreage if successfully flow-tested. They already know there are hydrocarbons there but how commercial are they.

A good result would help with modelling what 88E have at Icewine imo. Lets see what news comes next.

Stevebrr and neversatisfied, I think the confusion is that it has been pointed out that Talitha well is drilling just north of 88e central acreage position and as the Talitha well is already being flared there is an increased likelihood that light oil will flow during the current test of the Kuparuk formation. This will mean that 88e will benefit as for sure some of the 5 formations at Talitha will extend under the 88e central acreage position. This is clearly fortuitous for 88e and possibly explains why the share price of 88e hasn't collapsed. The merlin drill was nowhere near this acreage and so is unlikely to have any connection.

PANR Talitha well nowhere near Merlin well. If you are saying they could be linked that would be houmungus

This is an interesting post from Njw31 over on LSE today at 13:04 which I think relates to PANR RNS from 6 April. He confuses the PANR Talitha location with the Merlin drill as it is actually located next to 88E Icewine project but success at TalItha could well read over to Icewine itself:-

Pantheon resources PANR released an announcement this morning and it was very good, their acreage runs in to ours 88E and PANR have both confirmed this if they test well then it stands to reason if we are drilling the same formations and their wireline shows this to be true and it does flow 88E may declare a discovery based on this fact, if it all checks out, this oil field is absolutely massive!! It would stretch from Merlin over to Harrier and over to PANR's ground it may even be connected it to the Unimat next door which is owned by 88E, this could be the next Prudo Bay

These types of stock are always very high risk and reward. You have to have the attitude that you might not walk away with very much of your investment left. However, time these right and you can do well.

I know news either way is weeks off, investors will be wary especially the ones well out of pocket, I bought in big at 0.25p then 0.3p and could / should have made more but I got my investment out so sympathise with the 4p and 6p people it could go either way, all I can say is GLA... I think this might go well but know as much as you, there will be insiders but I'm not in the know.

11 o'clock. Seems likely to rise over lunchtime, which may influence afternoon trading as per normal, and reach a healthy level by 4 o'clock. 60% chance of that.
