Resolution 1 Approval of Performance rights plan for Directors, Executives and Employees - Performance right converts to share at nil consideration subject to meeting performance criteria.

Resolution 2 Approval of Performance rights plan for Dave Wall - up to 32m performance rights to be issued at nil consideration, converting to nil consideration shares vesting over 5 years based on vesting conditions, 60% on Share price growth, 20% on proven plus probable reserves growth, 10% Contingent resource growth, 5% Production, 5% Tenure.

Incredible presentation. Well, they may aswell ditch the HRZ and totally focus on the areas with wells now considered to be old discoveries. This is similar to what Armstrong did, go after old wells, buildup a position and then go for the big conventional potential.

Exercise of Options

88 Energy Limited ("88E" or the "Company") confirms that it has issued a total of 13,224,952 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options (the "Options").

Spooks although my share holding. The other company is practically nothing, it has advanced significantly since I bought, unlike 88E which is less than when I sold it. It is one of The companies hes non exec with. Sept / Oct should be a telling time. I agree with your sentiments about 88E though and I will be back in at some point, but from a personal point of view, now is not the time. I see myself as an investor, but I've turned trader here.
