The deal was to be by year end. The educated know that is December 31st not December 7th, just for your further edification. In the anniversary of the day of infamy, you have just scored your own pearl harbor. Equally the guidance given was a possible extension of timescales if needed.

wow...now 6.33 BILLION shares in issue...and i thought UKOG was bad at 5.57 BILLION !

when i first bought into 88E before Icewine 1 in October 2015 there were 2,339,306,023 shares in issue.

now there are 6,331,540,324 shares in issue.

thats a massive 2.7x increase in shares in issue or,to put in another way, a 2.7x reduction in share price.

to put this into perspective, if they still only had 2.339 billion shares in issue the share price would now be 2.7p with the same market cap.

if ever i saw a share split coming up this is it.

Thought Id have a peak in and now getting interested because Ken is in overdrive! Usually a good sign! Will post a chart next week but am looking at an entry not too far away. .92 to be precise. Thats where am placing my trampoline mesh.
