Excellent stuff toby hall.

It is always good to see an avatar making 265 freebb percent.

The stooges are still yapping.
They didn't see it coming and thought ridicule was best.
An easy 265% in just a couple of weeks for me, (but not the stooges of course).
Sweet.

I doubt that Simon Cole knows when the financials will be released. Last year he kept saying they'd be 'soon' for about 4 months before they eventually got released.

Our team is very excited about the opportunity to partner with the music industry to bring on-demand mobile gaming into the music streaming ecosystem. We think mobile gamers and music fans alike will love discovering and playing the games inside the music of their choice – today’s hits, yesterday’s classics, and tomorrow’s new releases.

Too much rubbish to comment on but my favourite ‘ share price has doubled recently’. So balanced.

Quote the parts that back up it was a ‘puerile personal attack’. I simply intimated that your views are not balanced. That is a fact. Backed up by your postings. Nothing else. I am sure you are a very nice man.

post 4566 and 4568 - My posting on ADVFN has reduced substantially over time since the problem is with posters like yourself who (for whatever reasons) just launch puerile personal attacks if they don't agree with someone. You've been negative on 7digital for a long time (although you claim to have been a shareholder?) whereas I still see possibilities for the company going forward. Nothing wrong with expressing a viewpoint either way.

You've written, "Be honest and be open - what price were you in at?". FYI I don't have a single entry point for any stock, and constantly re-assess a situation as it develops. I'm a long term investor so I don't report my gains or losses unless I sell shares. They are then reported against my average buying price.

Incidentally, take your own advice, be honest and open - what price were you in at? and when did you sell? I can't find any history for you apart from (I'd guess) two very ill timed punts on Mtfb and dty?

My history is well documented on ADVFN and www.michae1mouse.blogspot.com.

BTW winners on AIM are not that difficult to find (and can be life changing) if you take a long term approach, apply patience and pick companies that have potential and are clearly underpriced. Not all will be winners, but with careful selection you should do well over time. The evidence is that it's the short term traders that struggle because they dabble with CFD's and spreadbets where 80% lose money.

Finally, you suggest that 7digital is a failure. We shall see in the fullness of time, but I remain very hopeful that they can make a very successful business.

The announcement in January created significant uncertainty with an unpaid tax bill and the loss of a significant contract. However, those issues have now been resolved and the 4m Euro settlement from Juke allows the company to restructure once more on a debt free basis, and concentrate on landing more contracts as they pursue their goals. That's why the share price has doubled recently. If they get back on track then the shares will multi-bag.

Good luck whatever you decide to do, but you're filtered because of your personal attack and besides which I rarely bother with these boards nowadays.

P.S. "it could of been different" - This is a real bugbear of mine. Please note it's "could have" not "could of". Basic literacy.

Who the hell is going to boot Cole out? He has all the contacts and developed the relationships over the years. As much as he has destroyed shareholder value (and seems only to blame other people for this) I think his role would be better suited to Chairman. Split the business in two : one for their platform and the other production & radio stuff. Bring in a new CEO who can unlock the value of the platform and then sell it. Return some money to shareholders and take what's left private.

Now that Downton's gone, it needs to be Simon Cole next - the company needs fresh management - Cole has had long enough and as people have already said he has been repeatedly promising profitability around the corner for years.

p.s. I agree that a company of 7DIG's size does not need a dep CEO - it just needs a dynamic and outstanding CEO!

I invested and I lost. One thing I have never shared publically was an e mail from Simon Cole two days prior to a placement extolling the virtues of the firm and ‘bigging up’ the potential.

It was a hard one to reconcile as an investor and left me considering the integrity of those representing the firm but I stuck with it.

I take full responsibility for my investments but they re based on the future statements of senior management and audited accounts. They failed to hook the big client that they always intimated was within their grasp. Bad luck or bad mgmt? Benefit of the doubt can be given but when the same aspirations are rolled out on a continual basis without being met you have to question what is the truth.

To me anyway SC has proved to be a failure. That’s fine but combine that with the promises of profitability and public interviews he has tainted so many people lives

Don’t get me wrong - it is AIM - winners are hard to find - but when SC would always tell me our fortunes were aligned as a serious stakeholder two thoughts came to mind . One he was taking a six figure salary irrespective of performance secondly I had no control on performance he did!

At this price is it fairly valued? Maybe but how on earth can you tell without the cash flow figures. As I said Nov and Dec should look good with mms and integration complete but the whole dynamics change now without mms. It needs openness, honesty and clarity. Recent contracts will come nowhere close to mms.

Michael, for how many years has Simon Cole promised profitability being just around the corner?

To me it just seems like he's stringing the company along as CEO for as long as he can (perhaps until retirement) while enjoying his West London/Notting Hill life.

I'm no longer invested here and I'd love for them to do well but how many chances do you give them?

Mm you are more one eyed than Long John silver ( and don’t have a leg to stand on to carry on the analogy)Your views don’t deviate whether the facts support your stance or not.

People like you perpetuate everything that is wrong with bulletin boards. One eyed and one dimensional.

Be honest and be open - what price were you in at?

You can bang on about the future prospects but refuse to acknowledge factual failures.

I believed and fully supported the potential of this enterprise but can acknowledge they failed. With different management and just one of the blue chips they intimated were so close to signing on a regular basis it could of been different but they didn’t.

Incidentally, Pete Downton holds a whopping 53,319 shares in 7digital (sarcasm again) so don't worry too much if he offloads his entire holding.

BOL. Yes in the four years he's been at 7digital the company has been a raging success (sarcasm). No offence to Pete Downton, I'm sure he's made a significant contribution, but honestly LOL. The trolls spend all there time complaining about how poorly the company has been run, and then worry when the Deputy CEO leaves.

The company needs to trim again now that the juke contract isn't being renewed. A company this size doesn't need a Deputy CEO. It'll help save a few quid.

For clarity, this news is highly insignificant when compared with the company saving news we've recently had i.e. tax bill sorted and 4m Euros received. Without the cash from juke and the debt written off, 7digital would undoubtedly have been in trouble. Pete Downton leaving is small beer in comparison. Sorry Pete, but it's cash that counts in the end!

I'm feeling far more positive about prospects since matters with Juke were resolved satisfactorily!!!!

Pete Downton has walked away. I suspect more may follow. All is definitely not well. The positive contract wins may not be the only news we see in the RNS that'll come in the next few weeks.
