Very very cheap.

This is the first day smart investors wake up.

Give it a week or two for the re rate to get going.

Target ( broker ) price now is just a tiny 16p

Posted before that the MD is an excessive spin specialist.
Today's RNS is just yet 1 more example.

Imo the the promised extra turnover from new deals with the acqtn wont happen, just spin imo

6M turnover from new contract with acqd co.
imho disgraceful spin. I dont believe it. & over 3 years, 10 years, 50 years ?!!!!

Data for annual loss rate of the accqusition ?
Of course no data.

Mediamarkt position in music retailing imho is close to zero. Known for selling hardware, TVs, fridges, laptops etc

Mediamarkt clearly not keen on their digital services since happy to ditch owning 100% of it to own just 12% of 7DIG.
Why ?
imho since loss making and they want to get rid of that annual loss.
---

Can 7DIG make a profit or break even !! from digital services ?
Higher chance phps with higher turnover but they need more staff with more turnover & customers in different countries & more languages.
---

Reality shows that 7DIG only keeps raising more money to support its loss making. Yr after yr.
& all of acquisitions by 7DIG are loss making cos. keen to get out of the sector !!
---

Change wrt big fish in getting music income like
iTunes
Spotify

None.

Stupid move.

You looking at

A company that's got a tiny valuation.

The competition has all gone over the last ten years.

Now it's a clear run and the big 3 record companies are clients.

Yes it's good. People take profits and that's fair enough. Lots bought in the 5 something....including me....so they are going to take 50 per cent. I got 8p for some.....holding loads and pleased to derisk a bit!

FinnCap's morning note:7digital has now acquired 24-7 from MediaMarktSaturn (MMS) on materially the same terms as previously announced. Separately, 7digital has also announced a major new deal (also with MMS), worth £6m over its lifetime. Because of the materiality of this new contract, we will be updating our forecasts, pending discussions with management.

Today's RNS was nothing to do with MQA

However 7dig is MQA"S only B2B partner.

Massive opportunity as MQA becomes the standard for music streaming .

nice timing runway. a profit is always a profit. but I'm holding for the longer term. it seems to me that the RNS this morning answered a couple of major concerns in terms of revenue and proftability.

Stupid move as you will reflect on this time next year.

Just ask yourself this.

If you have a fixed cost base, very high margins, and you have profitable orders in the bag for 2018:

What happens when you win heaps more in the next 18 months.???

It's not growing like a steam train Pet Lover - it is buying growth and cash to keep it going. It bought a major competitor for £2.2m including £1.1m cash, so £1.1m net. What does that say about the value of 7dig?Anyway good luck all
