26/2/2021 07:17 | Multibagger The reason why the company listed on AIM was to seek a valuation on the Technology. Whilst on the Frankfurt exchange the company was aleays trading at a discount to the cash from the Abcam sale. The company has no need of cash and as you know the shares are tightly held. It would be wrong to raise money that the company didn't need and dilute shareholders in the process. As for mangement, look at the way the CEO has transformed the company since 2016 when Sygnis merged with Expedeon. What more are you looking for than a CEO who protects shareholders from dilution, has a large shareholding and a proven track record. I understand you are dissappointed not to have picked up shares more easily but 5k is £20k and if you are patient you will be able to pick up more shares as I suspect German holders will see the price settle and decide to cash out. When you look at the prices Pharma have paid (billions) for other companies in this area I reckon you would be mad to sell up. | zurg the indestructible
26/2/2021 06:02 | Good morning Zurg, Liquidity in terms of the quantities I would be interested in, is a real issue. So it may well be that I will unwind the very small position (5k shares) that I currently hold. Just waiting for some news and some interest in the stock before liquidating. There are plenty of huge opportunities out there and I am not going to waste my time. To be honest, I was not at all encouraged by the tone of the email that I received when I raised the issue of liquidity - basically a "shrug of the shoulders" and what I take/"read" as a sign of callous disregard for share holders in terms of attitude. That speaks volumes in my view and one of the reasons I will get out of this share. I need to be able to trust the custodians of my investment and if I am not confident about it, I exit the position. A part of me wonders what the purpose of the listing in the UK actually was ? 4 BS instead of 4BB would be an apt ticker symbol ! Each to their own...but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope your investment achieves what you hope for it. Good luck :) | multibagger
25/2/2021 18:21 | Price has settled and there is a little more volume Anyone picked up a few? | zurg the indestructible

22/2/2021 08:31 | Hmm...Interesting number of smallish trades going through without affecting the offer price....let's see when the MMs move the offer up, not long if this continues. Someone is trying the nibbling approach and not for the first time :) | multibagger
22/2/2021 08:28 | A few trades going through without the massive jumps in offer price, so maybe an international seller offloading around the 400p mark ? This trading could give the impression of some "normal trading" in what is going to be a very illiquid share going forward. IMHO. I did get a reply back from the Company, but basically saying liquidity is basically out of their hands. So not really helpful as I see it. | multibagger

18/2/2021 18:18 | some poor schmuck bought at 740 and sold at 360 | scepticalinvestor
18/2/2021 10:38 | Agree Janeann and 74tom - pretty poor form really. I wonder if there is an avenue to raise a complaint with the exchange ? Aren't market makers supposed to make a market ? Or it is a similar situation that they shut shop and virtually ban trading and eat the spread, if demand builds up much alike GameStop ? | multibagger
18/2/2021 10:02 | Well thought Id take a look - but AJB want 6.86 a share but I wont press the accept button. I see some have paid 7.40 this am. | janeann
18/2/2021 10:01 | Thanks for sharing pob69 - much appreciated ! Price rise at this rate and lack of liquidity is pretty galling. I have sent a message to the Chief Exec along the lines of asking what the purpose of the listing was, if there is no liquidity on listing ? | multibagger
18/2/2021 09:58 | I managed to get a slug on spreadex (of all places) this am. I tried to sell 60 mins later online but couldn't as there wasn't any "liquidity in the market"! HL not listed yet (rubbish for those of us which held 4BSB in Frankfurt which divested 4BB so I expect a small amount in the account in time). ii offers it as does IG now. | pob69
18/2/2021 09:09 | Hydrus, bought through which broker may I ask ? | multibagger
18/2/2021 09:09 | Welcome aboard Hydrus - so far, so good :) So glad you have been able to buy in - Get the Euromillions as well when you have got the Midas touch ! More chance of winning that than being able to buy some 4BB in my view at the moment... +187.50p today, beggars belief but not complaining ! | multibagger
18/2/2021 08:58 | Crazy rise The sort of idiots who bought Woodford Patient Capital Fund and then cried because they were impatient | the stigologist |
