this share has and is taking time ,,but you have to expect it , new to aims and just putting things in place ,,, fund raising has already been sorted and they have a investor and things in place ,, we have products out andwill not be long before income starts to come baqck and we will start to move forward ,, i don't see dilution on the cards ,, off course i could be wrong.

i see bargin of the year if you are prepared to hold till later part of this year or start of next ... these have so much more that will be hitting the market rhat to not be in now might be a mistake ,,so i have bought at 0.04 first and topped up at 0.0197 , a multi bagger ,, ka-ching is what i'm seeing mid / long

d6 wouldn't be surprised if it's at a premium or they use an alternative method. Look at the drop from IPO. This bu88er is ready for a bounce.

Tempted - but the fact they're looking to strengthen the BS (fund raising) scares me off.

it would be nice if it did ,,but i can't see it move much forwards while so much other things are happening in the markets , it's a PI nightmare at the minute , i'll just ride the storm hold on and hope i'm not swept away and have nothing left , it's all gloomy .

CORESTRENGTH TO MANAGE CARIESCAN PRO SALES ACTIVITY IN THE USA AND CANADA



Further to the announcement made by the Company on Thursday 12 May 2011, 3D is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary CarieScan Ltd ("CarieScan") has now entered into an agreement with CoreStrength Inc ("CoreStrength") to manage its sales channel activity in both the USA and Canada (the "Agreement") for the CarieScan PRO (the easy to use hand held device for the early detection and monitoring of dental caries).



CarieScan will continue to work closely on a non-exclusive basis with Patterson Dental, its existing distribution partner in the USA.



CoreStrength, a well established leader in dental sales management, will provide CarieScan with access to an experienced sales team of 22, substantially improving CarieScan's sales reach in those markets. Under the terms of the Agreement, CarieScan will contribute towards the costs of a jointly agreed marketing plan and towards certain costs incurred by CoreStrength in the delivery of its services.



The Agreement provides CarieScan with access to sales coverage for the whole of the North American territory on a predominantly commission only basis enabling the Company to move forward on a significantly more cost effective manner.



As a consequence of entering into the Agreement and of moving away from directly employing sales support staff in the USA and Canada, the Directors believe that a significant proportion of the cost savings identified and referred to in the announcement made by the Company on Thursday 12 May 2011 are now in place.



Commenting on the Agreement Graham Lay, 3D CEO said, "I am delighted to be working with such a professional and experienced team and to achieve comprehensive coverage of the territory on such a cost effective basis."



Glenn Bonagura, Partner of CoreStrength said, "We believe that there is a substantial opportunity to sell the award winning CarieScan PRO to our customer base. We are known in the industry for our understanding of the latest and best dental products as well as our strong distribution network. Over the coming months we aim to build a sustainable competitive advantage for CarieScan across North America, and we look forward to working with the team."



Josh Killian, Director of Marketing for Patterson Dental said, "We know the team at CoreStrength very well. Having a national sales support network in place is a key component for CarieScan to achieve traction with their new product."

Timely ,, this is some more great news for us here ,, this will start to get some more back soon l , might top up soon at these prices ,, see what happens next week .

I am interested in the other uses the technology is seen as having in osteo and cancer related issues. I see they are to pilot the osteo this year but no mention of the cancer. Anything to help cure cancer has to be the big one surely?

Hi Timely .. they said they need some extra cash in the balance sheet ,, did say they was in talks , i'd not be over worried , sorry the pun but TEETHING problems , they have got a new deal in UK and the U.S award was a great boost , yes it's not on the share price , but i'll be topping up to be honest near end of June lastest , depending on any moves , it said that altho a loss on tax year and because the vault this years exspected forcast will be lower , things will be picking up for rest of year was my take on it . These are a new company , they have had to spend since joining the aims , now they have the distributers in Indian,China,U.S and UK , will soon get some money coming back and a stronge finish to the year ,, i bought in here recently and think it is a bargin ,, will be next year that we see a real move , new gadgets are release to the market , the Cariescan will be earning a very good return by then , they are my thought's to why buy and top up , just the market is rough at the minute so waiting before i invest more. Just a matter of time , great price tho for a cheap long game.
