From RNS 4301G - "Trading update " dated 12 May 2011 (in the Company website under Investor Centre / RNS news)

"Cash balances at 30 April 2011 were £940,000 and the Company has undertaken a review of its cost base and has identified potential annual savings of in excess of £850,000 p.a. The Company is in discussion with various parties with a view to potentially strengthening its balance sheet." (This is the comment that I interpreted as looking at raising funds)

I stand corrected if funding has been arranged - please post any info on that issue, if possible and any impact on shares issued. Good luck.

shakey ,, looked at the colgate ,,it's not the cariescan used in it. it's something else . Not sure who makes that scan they use on it ,,,wish i did it looks like a good thing too ,,,wonder if i can find out what and who makes it .

Fund expansion ??? to where we have it covered ,, where as this funding needed sprung from,,, i posted earlier from a rns ..IT IS SORTED THEY HAVE A BACKER ,,, just buy and make money ,,why do you look for some problem that isn't there ?????
Multi ..it will be good to see what she says ..... have you seen the new colgate advert on TV ??? he uses the CARIESCAN in it ???

I agree the issue appears around funding and therefore about share dilution - wonder as to how many shares they will place and at what price. I suppose that they will want to raise another 1.5 to 2 million pounds to fund expansion, IMHO. All the best and good luck to all investors. I shall also try and email a cousin (a dentist) in Australia to seek his views on the product.

Multi bagger it's going to big not just in USA but all over I would not have invested had it been still in developing but the product is ready and set fir massive growth I can see this going way past 10p be surprised if it did not yes the question is funds should not be a problem hoping to see a partner

Thanks Jammy for your clarification on number of shares issued.

Considering making an investment in 3DD ...just called my friend, who owns a few dental practices in Chicago for her views on CarieScan and whether she would buy it for her practices. She promised to look into this and get back to me over the next few days. Thought it would be good to get a front line financial consideration perspective from a very competitive but massive US dental market. Shall post what she says.

You have to start to think no that 3DD have a distribution channel in place what the projected revenue can be. Previously they were very light on the ground especially the export market but the recent appointments prove that there is going to be significant interest.
