88% is held by major holders albeit major chunks held by PIs via nominee client accounts - anything positive posted within the interim results next week could cause the share price to spike upwards sharply, as seen last year.

Ireland's stuck a buy on this last month, house broker has access so I doubt any bad news is lurking around the corner.

All the deals below .1p are sells, cannot buy many on line but can sell plenty,
currently quoting .097 to sell 3mill - still a large order in place imo

LOL....look at the chart. There has been no significant movement here in months ! It has been within a tight range for the last six months and I do not think there is enough liquidity for really keen buyers or sellers. They should really do a consolidation of the shares as they are so small in price that most will not take them seriously and you need to buy millions just to have a tiny below 1% holding in the company. The main shareholder cannot buy any more so liquidity needs to come from him probably.

Interims out next week so its no surprise that those in the know are currently buying hard and heavy ahead of the results.

Probably same as PCF where there is difficulty raising cash at present however PCF just managed a very nice deal.

Has anyone been to an Agm or met the management of this company ?

It seems far too small to make a return after costs for shareholders to benefit. Why is it still listed ? If there is lots of potential business what is stopping them scaling up ?

ING to pull out of UK leasing market

One of the country's most well-respected finance companies, ING, has made the strategic decision to pull out of the UK lease market from November 30th 2012.

It's estimated that their withdrawal could leave a £1 Billion "financial hole" that will need to be filled by other funders.

Buys now knowing on slight dip on offer. If it breaks 0.11p and in this current bull run in smallcaps, thats highly possible then it could head significantly higher IMO.
