No, there is no way to delete the old one. Post a link to the new one on the old one, then use the old one for experimenting. If you do something new that works just copy and paste to your new thread.

When you first created the thread there is a drop down box. you should have kept it on stock related. But you must have dopped down one to misc.
Not sure you can go back and change. If not the only people that
will see the thread is the ones with the orange misc box ticked.

rizza, make a copy of your header code before you change anything. Could save you doing the whole thing again.

I have no idea why it says

at the top of the page but if you search your code and cut out the bit that says
and paste it at the very top of your code it should work fine. Just tested it on my thread and it worked a treat. If you have an email you are prepared to stick on this page I could email you the code of my thread and you could then chop out bits that suit you and change them to whatever you need here.
