Fwiw, my trusted investment advisor informs me that if today's 44/46p holds, all short/medium technical indicators will have turned positive here with 50p visible quickly.This is of course his opinion and as I have stated before, I don't use such indicators when servicing my Portfolio (although he is very good at it).....but he was excited so I thought I would share :)

Steady as she goes....strategy is to get to £350m in loans. I've no doubt it will be achieved. A slow burn this one methinks.

From the interims 16/1/19

Demand for business-critical asset, loan and invoice finance from UK SMEs and cost-effective vehicle and property finance for consumers continues to be robust. This level of demand is encouraging given an increasingly competitive market for bank and alternative finance and against the current background of political and economic uncertainty. The Board continues to see opportunities for further organic and strategic growth and, with trading in line with Board expectations, looks forward with optimism to the continued success of the business.

I don't sense this is a business where there is some sort of dramatic change in fortunes in 6 weeks. I do get that an individual shareholder may want to realise cash for their own reasons. So I'm treating this as noise. Patience required.

I was one lightening up to cash but still hold a fair few.
It's hasn't gone as I expected and looks directionless. Not down to more value nor up to where it should be. I can't get a measure of it. Chances are there are others like me that account for the current price action.

Was it green? In that case yeah 2x 500k at the same price is definitely a cross trade. Even if it was red you can't really trust the trades page too much. Trades often get recorded in the wrong category. You need to pay attention to the prices.

Any other inherited directors also off-loading. Ref, D.dosh post, bit surprising they're selling when they were in at higher prices and the company has grown revenue etc substantially since then.

The Company was informed on 6 February 2019 that as at 30 November 2018, Michael Francis Nolan's interest in ordinary shares in the Company fell below 3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

How come it takes ten weeks to notify ?....rather poor for an ex director. Now we know why the share price was weak during October and November.

Equally strange is the fact that this was a successfully integrated and very profitable acquisition and done with the share price at 67p nearly four years ago but still the share price flounders at this sub 50p level with eps having doubled and more in that time.
