Trophy Resources Updates Investors

  Trophy Resources (PINKSHEETS: TRSI) is
pleased to issue an update to our committed shareholders.  As previously
disclosed Trophy has undertaken some very major steps recently in its
efforts to clean up its balance sheet and reduce its debts.  The company
will continue to take such similar steps in the near future, positioning
the company to move forward in making strategic acquisitions or

tremendous interest from shareholders and potential investors and the
company will strive to update shareholders as events unfold.
