State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q,10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

The Quarterly Report of Temir Corp (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the fact that the Company was unable to finalize its financial results as well as the disclosure requirements of Form10-Q without unreasonable expense of effort. As a result the Company could not solicit and obtain the necessary review of the Form 10-Q in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q on or prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
