(PINKSHEETS: SHOM), a holding company providing healthcare services, healthcare professionals and durable medical equipment to medical institutions, has retained Scott & Company LLP, a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)-approved accounting firm based in Columbia, SC, as its auditing firm. One of the first tasks of Scott & Company LLP will be to audit Southern Home's financials for the past two years. The process is expected to begin immediately.
