Founder and Co-Creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul Series Will Provide Strategic Advice as Company Grows

Hansen Co-Authors White Paper on Electric Grid with CEO Michael Gorton for Principal Solar Institute

Principal Solar, Inc. (“PSI”; OTC Pink:PSWW), a publicly traded solar power company building utility-scale projects, announced today that Mark Victor Hansen, founder and co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul franchise, has joined its Advisory Board.

Hansen, who gained international recognition for authoring books that sold over 500 million copies worldwide, will provide strategic counsel as the Company grows its operations through acquisitions and project development.

In addition, Principal Solar today announced that Hansen has co-authored the white paper “The Road to Change: Electric Vehicles Power the Future for Everyone,” together with Principal Solar CEO Michael Gorton. The paper, written for the Principal Solar Institute, highlights ways in which Electric Vehicles will change the U.S. electrical grid.
