First Choice Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") is awaiting its audited financial statements from its independent auditor in order to prepare the Company's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018 and therefore is unable to file its 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 ("10-Q") by the May 15, 2019 deadline without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company expects that the 10-Q will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") as soon as practicable.
