APPOINTMENT

OF RENOWNED ONLINE PIONEER AS
ADVISORY BOARD CHAIRMAN

September 10, 2013 NEVIS CAPITAL CORP (OTC MARKETS: OCEE)  has announced that Macau Live Gaming, S.A., San
Jose, Costa Rica, has named an Internationally prominent Online Gaming Pioneer
as Chairman of its Advisory Board, as well as an ongoing technical consultant.  Nevis has previously announced intention to
acquire/merge with Macau Live Gaming, S.A., and the process is continuing at
this date.

The newly appointed
Chairman of the Advisory Board is Nader Rahimizad, formerly Chief Technical
Officer for Motorola?s Hong Kong Mobile operations.  Mr. Rahimizad holds several patents for Hand
Held and Mobile Gaming Devices, which are utilized worldwide.  He has 27 years? experience in Software
Applications.  In the past 17 years, he
has been deeply involved in product and project development with emphasis in
Mobile Casino Gaming, Social Media Gaming and various Mobile Industries.

In 1994, Mr. Rahimizad
pioneered Mobile Horse Race Betting with Motorola in Hong Kong.  He also developed the Mobile Horse Racing App
on the Motorola DataTAC network.  He
further pioneered Mobile Betting in 2000 as Founder of Portelco, with funding
from Macau?s Stanley and Pansy Ho?s Asia Tech Ventures, HSBC-Hong Kong, and
ChinaVest.  He wrote the world?s first
Proactive Sports Betting App in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for Victor Chandler
International of Gibraltar, William Hill, of the U.K. and for Macau Slots (the
Sportsbetting arm of the Ho family enterprise).

Previously he was Vice
President of Cantor Gaming, and during his tenure, he enhanced and deployed
Cantor?s Mobile Casino Technology which was then installed under his guidance
using the Cantor?s AB471 Gaming License. 
He delivered and deployed over 21 Casino Games for the Pocket Casino in
the Las Vegas Venetian.
