Zenyatta Ventures Announces Filing of Technical Report

Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. ("Zenyatta" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ZEN) reports that
further to its news release dated December 2, 2013, it has filed a technical
report (the "Technical Report") in respect of the Company's 100%-owned Albany
graphite deposit located in northeastern Ontario, Canada.


The Technical Report, entitled "Technical Report on the Albany Graphite Deposit,
Northern Ontario, Canada", was authored by David Ross, P.Geo., and Katharine M.
Masun, P.Geo., of Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., who are independent "qualified
persons" as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The Technical Report has been
