Verena Minerals Changes Name to Belo Sun Mining Corp.

Verena Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE:VML) (the "Company" or "Verena")
announces that pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of
the Company at its annual and general meeting held on June 30, 2010, the Company
has changed its name to "Belo Sun Mining Corp.". Effective at market open on
July 14, 2010, the common shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX
Venture Exchange under the name "Belo Sun Mining Corp." with the new trading
symbol "BSX".
