Vior: Shares Issued to Fonds de solidarite FTQ

SOCIETE D'EXPLORATION MINIERE VIOR INC. (TSX VENTURE:VIO)(FRANKFURT:VL5)
-announces that, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval, Vior will issue
2,394,739 common shares at deemed price of $0.04425 per share to Fonds de
solidarite FTQ ("FTQ") representing the interest and principal due (totalling
$105,967.21) as of July 17, 2012, pursuant to a private placement by way of
convertible debenture in the principal amount of $100,000 on July 17, 2009, that
bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum, payable semi-annually in cash of in
common shares from Vior's capital stock.
